Works great so far
When I ordered the first one it came and the light bulb was shattered I sent it back on a Thursday and got a replacement Sunday afternoon. Pretty quick delivery and it's super bright. My bearded dragon loves it! Only issue I have is it's a little longer then I thought but that's my fault I should have measured before hand.

Continuously fails to turn on. Have to tap it
I have this on a timer for my sulcata. 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t turn on. I have to tap it with my hand and then it turns on. Not robust at all. Very light duty & low quality, totally unreliable. Using the bulb it came with and yes it is installed properly.

I loved this light, it was nice & bright, the size I needed, but the bulb burnt out quickly, the light fixture itself is nice & low profile which was very important to me

Excellent Shipping and Quality
I use this brand for all of my reptiles. I love the product and they are much cheaper than the Acadia. It does say to replace the bulb yearly. I personally like to replace the bulbs every 6-8month. Its a personal choice to ensure my reptiles are getting enough UVB through out the winter.

Bought two, one didn't last a year
I bought two 39w lights. The lights are okay but the bulbs are trash. They're very weak. I've had both lights for almost a year and while one is going strong the other gave out. Both the bulb and the light gave out at the same time. Another issue is the way you have to turn the bulb to setup the light. At first it's easy but after a while of sitting on top of the tank it gets difficult to the point where you worry about shattering the bulb in your hands.Overall it's a good temporary light but at the price you're probably better off finding another one elsewhere.
