The colors of this brand of pigments are amazing .
Amazing lite baby blue with a sliver TRANSPARENT SHEEN.add the lightest speck like a freckle of green and you will get a seafome color for your under the sea look.I'm usering this for water coloring on my back grounds.and markeing my own paints for my paper crafting .you should use some kind of binder.these powders don't have any binder in them.I'm still fingering it out myself as to what works the best .ill try to do an update on it .but you can most likely contact ColourArte and ask them ,they have Ben very helpful to this newBorn,watercolor artist.happy crafting .😊
