Poor product
First time I used them, they were fully charged. Ran 1 through a cycle and started recharging, used the other one. Ran that down and found the other one wasn’t charging. Same with the second one. Junk.

I bought this two-pack in September 2023 and only had an opportunity to use them a few times before everything was dormant for the winter. When I went to start using them this spring, one of the batteries was still working great, but the other was dead as a hammer. There was not even a flicker, and the charger showed it was defective.The one working battery holds a charge as well as my Ryobi battery, and maybe even a little better. I love the button that shows the charge level. It's great to know when I pick up a battery that it has a charge and is ready for use.I reached out to their customer service (really hard to find the contact info - [email protected]) and got a prompt reply. I was refunded $20, which is a little less than half what I paid for two, so I was happy with it. The important thing here is that they responded within 24 hours and applied the refund to my account within a few hours.I rated this product four stars because one battery was excellent while the second battery died a quick death. I also felt that the fast customer service to address my issue was a positive factor.Based on the fast customer service, I would buy this product again, feeling comfortable that if I have an issue, it will be resolved quickly.

Definitely worth the money if you use all the time.
Double the charge capacity.I bought because my batteries were not holding their charge long but these are double the capacity and I do not have to change out as often.

Batteries fits perfectly after 3 months and not to many uses one Battery stopped working and won't charge or operate any of the tools
