The zippers had no metal on the ends to stop the zipper and they started pulling open in the back so the zipper slid off when I tried to fix it and now it's broken.

I really loved this, in theory. I wanted something that would hold my colored pencils, water color brush markers, Staedtler markers and some other markers and pens all together that I could throw in and out of my purse and easily take everywhere with me. The colored pencils and staedtler pens fit great. I did double the pencils two per loop. The water color brushes only fit one per loop so they took up more room than expected, but any normal type marker that was any thicker than that was just too big for the slots and I didn't want to fight to slide them in.

I especially ordered this product because it featured a Prismacolor chart. I received this item today and was disappointed to find upon opening that there was NOCOLOR CHART . Will this item be sent to me or have I been, again,been misled?

This only holds 100 individual markers. Even if I put 2 per slot, that gets you 200 with them very tightly wedged in. If you have anything thicker than a standard Crayola marker, it's going to be very tight getting them in and out and you'll only get one in per slot.

I was hoping to be able to use this to its full capacity and fill it up with as many pens as possible. Unfortunately, although it says that you can put two thin pens in one loop, they will fit, but if you fill all the loops in one segment, you can't close the zipper - the compartments are too shallow. Otherwise it is nice

My sister uses pencil crayons a lot in her job. She also teaches across Canada and is constantly coloring and packing up. She loves them and finds the pencil case easy for keeping the colour families together.
