Bought these to wear under a removable cast. I bought mens (I'm a woman), so they wouldn't be too tight. They fit well, except that they are a little too long for me, but that allows me to fold them down over the outside of my cast, which keeps them from pinching too tight at the top.

I am 73 and I've developed poor circulation in my feet and lower legs. My doctor said that support socks might help. I did a little research and decided to try these socks from Ames Walker. I tried them for two days and both days my legs felt better at the end of the day, but being an engineer, i wasn't sure the socks were the cause. I wore regular socks the next day and the original problem came back. I wore the Ames Walker socks the next day and there was improvement. I repeated the test one more time to be sure. Now, I wear the socks all the time. They have not entirely cured my poor circulation problem, but they have certainly improve it. Anytime a remedy does not include drugs, I'm all for it.My only gripe is that there should be more colors. All of my socks are black. There is one more color if you can find it in stock, but surely they could come up with four or five colors with little effort.

I bought them for rollerblading and they work perfect. Keeps the sweat out and comfortable fit. Perfect size for me and able to layer up.

Work well for promoting circulation in the legs. Stays up. Hubby wears these to work all day.

Liked the 15/20 weight and material will buy again.

Fits as expected, easier to pull on and wears well - keep velcro fasteners away from hosiery! Purchased several pairs for my father-in-law - he wears with his black New Balance shoes daily for vein support.

My Doctor who operated on my leg, said these are a must. They keep you from getting blood clots, and helps with swelling in the foot.

Work on my feet all day long often 12-14 hr days in construction. These really help with my feet hurting and reduce swelling big time
