I was wondering how this fan would swing but I understand now, The blades move. It's so cool and very cold air that blows every direction.

I loved this cooler. It was perfect. Now, it's a nightmare. I fill it and it pours water everywhere. My carpet it soaked and my heart broken. I would not buy this product again or anything from this manufacturer, for that matter.This has been a lifesaver this summer. I freeze round ice (like in a whiskey glass) and use this when I sleep.Not only do I stay cool, but my skin, mouth, and nostrils no longer dry out.I normally get nose bleeds during the summer with fans going. Since I started using this I have not had one nose bleed.Love it. When I can save up the money I will purchase two more.

I like this fan, it is a lightweight and moving easy, outfit simple and cute!

It works great! I love it. I am a very light sleeper, even any slightest sound can wake me up. I have a portable air conditioner from Toshiba, it totally is a noise maker to me! I been woke up every night just because the air conditioner(Toshiba) is so noisy. But this swamp air cooler works so quietly, I still can hear some water sounds moving a bit, but I never had a night in which I woke up due to its noise. I also have sinuses problem, I get dryness a lot and the moisture it puts in the air to cool my whole room so well. I love it.

I am disappointed with this product. I expected that with the ice packs that go in the freezer that the air coming out would be better than just Luke warm. There is a water gurgling sound from the plastic tub that is filled with water. I did not expect that noise. It is not loud, but it is unsettling. It makes me think water is leaking from somewhere. It is ok in a small room not bigger than 8 x 8 but any larger and it pretty much loses its ability to cool. So I use it in a small room. It is easy to roll around, I will say that. And it is nicely put together and looks ok in the room. It just does not give out very cold air.

It is really hot on the second floor in summer afternoons, and this cooler has a very good cooling effect. It quickly cools all three rooms on the second floor of my house. It cools down faster than air conditioning. Easy to operate and use. I will choose it as my friend's birthday present!

Since purchase the cooling part of this never worked. It only works as a very high priced fan. I called for help and emailed also, no help was available to me and could not do a return or get a refund
