They taste exactly like peaches, although they are colored and molded to look like berries.They're not overly large (one pictured atop a US dime)Did I mention tasty? LOLThey're easily taken, even on an empty stomach, and do not cause any negative effects.I feel like they helped my stomach and bowels.Negatives -They are pricey. $24.99 before taxes and shipping is sort of pricey for a 30-day supply and I doubt I can afford to get these monthly. I suppose a person could only take 1 per day and make them a little less expensive.A child should obviously be supervised anyway, but if a child ever got hold of these, they taste so good that they are like candy.I hope this helps someone decide on whether or not to purchase this product.

These kombucha gummies are a quick and easy way to get your probiotics for gut health. A serving size of 2 gummies contain 250mg of Kombucha fermented black tea plus other probiotics, apple cinder vinegar, folate, and vitamin B6 & B12. There is no mention of any dietary fiber in them though. The peach flavor is pretty decent. It is slightly sweet and easy to eat. The texture is soft and nice too. They don't clump together in the container, and won't stick to your teeth neither.These come in a clear plastic jar with foil seal under the lid. Mine has a best before date of 1/2024. No artificial colors or sweeteners. No preservatives neither. Made in USA. The directions are to take 1 gummy twice daily with food, so this is a 30-day supply. Overall, I like these gummies. They are pretty tasty and easy to eat. Only time will tell how well they aid in digestion and gut health. I'm giving them 4 stars for now.

I just decided that I like taking probiotics in the form of gummies! Taste wise, and chewability, these are good! I like kombucha, so I like these... but I am a little confused though after reading their order page... are they using the scoby in this mix as well? It also does not look like there is much of variety of bacteria in this, although it claims to have a 5 billion count, so I hope they are not just riding on the words "Probiotics" and/or "Kombucha," and using the terms as a selling points. You need to look at the label, and hopefully know what your body needs, and then decide if this is enough, or if you need more. There also apple cider vinegar, and some B vitamins in this mix. I figure these are good for my gut, so I have added them for the time being.

These peach flavored gummies don't taste half bad. Kind of enjoyable. Definitely don't mind taking them every morning. This is probably the best gummy gut health supplement I've found. Not only do you get a big dose of probiotics at 5 billion CFU's, but you also get two other gut helpers with apple cider vinegar and kombucha black tea. These gummies are loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols! When I take these, I don't feel as full after bigger meals. I also feel like I have more energy throughout the day. If I had one minor complaint, it's that I wish they had added a small dose of soluble fiber to these gummies. Other than that, great tasty gummies for your gut health and overall wellbeing!

Probiotics are a bit devious for me because I usually like to take them in the form of gummies and they do really great for me but I don’t like taking them as a powder because it just seems kind of slow. Probiotics also have made my issues worse sometimes. I think I would prefer taking probiotics without having to dish out a packet of powder, but I can say that the results are similar to cheaper gummies

Because I am not quite an adult somehow, I am much more likely to take a supplement in gummy form than swallow a flavorless pill. I have no excuse, but there you have it. These are pretty tasty, and I'm happy to have them. They do have a bit of a vinegar flavor to them, but this is well complemented by the peach, and it doesn't bother me.I confess that I don't know how to assess the bioavailability of the microorganisms in this product, and need to think about that more. I'm aware that I'm probably better off with the flavorless pills.

I am a big kombucha fan so I was excited to find this product!! The gummies are really good, and honestly taste like peach! Directions say to take ONE gummy TWICE a day with food. It is hard for me to remember to take when I'm eating, but have not had any adverse effects from taking shortly after eating. Hard to not eat them as a treat too!! They are soo yummy!!! They are a tad pricey, but kombucha isn't cheap either. If nothing else, it's great to have on hand for the days I can't have a kombucha drink, and still get the kombucha benefits.
