I'd bought some powdered "salad booster" Spirilina at the health food store before, but I couldn't stand the smell and taste, so I avoided it. I've been taking it every morning and am hooked. I wish I'd found it sooner! I'm even making my husband take it and he's not a pill person at all (he's a doctor and doesn't believe in taking vitamins because his research shows vitamins don't do much--the good stuff comes from a good diet). He's enthusiastic about these tablets! Here's why we like it: 1. It gets our tummies going...it makes us regular. In other words, we don't get backed up. It works!! Better than probiotics--or just as good. 2. My energy has been awesome on it. Even during the last 2 weeks of pregnancy and first 2 weeks with a newborn, I've felt full of energy and haven't needed my regular afternoon nap. It's seriously awesome and I feel ten years younger. The serving size is 3 pills. I take 2 every day because they're expensive. Maybe that's lame considering all the benefits they have, but two seems to be a good number for me.
