Excellent for proper posture
This is a fantastic chair, I made my decision based solely on the earlier reviewer and I must say that I made an excellent decision! I also have a lower back problem and with this chair supporting my entire body it is certainly helping me to keep proper posture which my previous chair didn't. I don't submit reviews too much, but want people to know about this chair because it deserves all the praise it gets.

Great look and easy to assemble. The seat was extremely hard for me

Weak seat
The seat has gotten weak in leas than 90 days. The chair arm is loose and requires routine tightening. Not worth the $600+ I paid.

Comfortable but Fragile
Easily one of the most comfortable office chairs I've sat in, so I thought it would be sturdy as well and did most of my work sitting in it. Plastic pieces started to fall off within a few months of use, and the important lumbar support broke as well within the year. Definitely too pricey for something so fragile! Would have rated 5 stars had the product held up with time...

Combat Tested!
I love this chair. I used this chair for eight months in Afghanistan. I worked sixteen-hour days frequently, and had to stay in the "office" overnight as well at times. This chair was so comfortable, and could be adjusted so well, that I turned the thing over one day to memorize the maker and name.It was already used by the time I got it, and I passed it on to some other lucky soul. I never had an issue with wheels, despite the moon dust that wears everything down. Many office chairs are comfortable. This one was luxurious, and I great;y enjoyed sleeping in it with my boots up on the desk when I couldn't get away from the office.

Major problems after less than 4 months of use.
The three locking stages are now 2, all the way forward, or all the way back. The lower back rest is stuck all the way forward. Essentially it is unusable. Don't buy this product!!!

Great chair by a great company.
I got my chair and had a problem with the air cylinder so I contacted support. They promptly sent a replacement and I am now good to go. What a great chair! What a great company!
