Take w/ Supplements and Medications to Increase Absorption
This lecithin is excellent to take with vitamins/minerals, supplements, and medications because phospholipids help to increase absorption, bio-availability, of those substances. Not to mention there are loads of collagen in it which is healthy in all sorts of other ways (for your skin and your brain, etc). Phospholipids also provide the basic building blocks for the repair and assimilation of cellular membranes. Also, if you take CBD oil or any other hemp oil/cannabis oil, I highly recommend this lecithin product to increase the absorption of it, as it has been working well so far with CBD oil to help treat my grandfather's daily debilitating cluster headaches and migraines where all other drugs have failed.
