MD - GI+ | Overall Gut Health

I’m in prep for bodybuilding, and that takes a toll on the GI tract. I started using this yesterday with a scoop of the greens and a scoop of protein powder. Tastes delicious, mixes easily (just a basic shaker bottle ) and within about an hour my discomfort and bloat is going down. Can’t wait to see what this is like when used daily. This will definitely be part of my regimen going forward.

I mix this in my morning shake with greens powder, metamucil, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. This supplement is the only thing that worked for me. I hate that it's so expensive, but now that I know that it works... it's permanently in my day to day routine.

I have hormone issues and have always had issues going to the bathroom regularly. I’ve done GI maps, been medicated, exhausted so so so many options. This is the first thing that i have implemented that has worked as well as it has. I mix it with revives chocolate flavored greens and honestly think it’s delicious. It mixes fine in a shaker bottle.

This digestive health powder made my gut feel so much better! I felt less bloated and more regular after just a few days. It really helped my digestion and gave me more energy throughout the day. The taste isn’t great, but I made the mistake of mixing it with lemon water and apple cider vinegar and that made it so much worse. It actually goes down better on its own with just a little water. Even though the flavor isn’t the best, the results make it totally worth it. I’ll definitely keep using it and would recommend it to anyone needing a gut reset.
