I bought these for personal use but I work in printing and I can confidently say these are good quality envelopes.I’ve used this brand of paper many times. These are definitely appropriate quality for formal invitation sets. The paper has a nice texture (vellum is the name of the texture, tried to get a picture) and is on the thicker side (70#) which gives them a premium feel.And I know from working in the industry that $17 for 250 good quality envelopes is an extremely fair price.

These were shaped very well and not unevenly folded like some of the other brands of envelopes I purchased for our wedding invites. I really liked the flap on these envelopes, which was seemingly hard to find in this size of envelope. I am grateful I found these and they were at such a great price!

They are a good price for the quantity but the quality is only OK. They are thin and see through. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

I really want to give these a 5 star rating. Initially I would have. They are as described white, A1/4 bar/RSVP envelopes. Average paper weight. (I don't understand the negative reviews stating too small, to thin....they aren't listed as heavy weight paper.) I use these envelopes for hand made thank you cards. I have recently gone through about half of the envelopes when I came across about 25 envelopes with what appears to be ink or something else on them. In the grand scheme of things that's a very small percentage of them damaged but it's still upsetting.

I bought these envelopes to use for Save the Date cards. They fit perfectly and are a "classy" weight-they don't feel cheap. I will buy from this company again when I need the invitation envelopes.
