I've always wanted a commercial flat top griddle in my home. I love the this product by Vremi has made that dream come true. This griddle is made of heavy, durable cast iron. It's fairly large too, 20 inches. It has two sides, one is a flat top and the other is a grill. There are built in handles to hold/turn. There is also a fat drip catch the borders the griddle. The cast iron is pre seasoned. I would however suggest to do another coat of seasoning (rub lightly with oil and bake till clean). This helps protect the griddle as well as keep it non stick. Food cooks evenly and comes right off. This can be used indoors or outdoors. Great for stovetop ranges, gas or electric. Can also be used on a grill or even a campfire with a grate. To care for this, use same instructions as with any other cast iron. I suggest purchasing a cast iron metal scrubber and rubbing some salt on it. Adds to flavor and keeps it clean. If you don't own one, you can scrub lightly write a soft towel and a tiny drop of dish soap, rinse throughly. Make sure to dry every inch and rub with a clean rag and a little oil. Most foods I cooked came off with no effort. Great griddle. Very happy with it. So many uses. I can now make really good pancakes like restaurants. Also great to be able to make perfect grill marks. I love it. From the top chef to a housewife like myself, easy to use and makes great food.

I replaced my old electric griddle with this awesome cast iron griddle. It fits perfectly on my electric cooktop across 2 burners with the bridge element turned on. Heated up quickly and evenly. First time I used it I was making pancakes...sprayed a little coconut oil on it, turned the burners on a low setting, and ended up with beautiful golden pancakes. They cooked up quite quick...seemed like a lower heat worked best (as opposed to the higher heat I had to use on the electric skillet), as they cooked quite quickly and any higher they would have likely burned. Ok I thought I purchased a set of two, nope this is one HEAVY griddle. I love cooking on cast iron and especially making bacon and pancakes and was so excited to use this. I did season it as I have with all my cast iron skillets and items and then I used it to make breakfast. It cooked evenly and worked well. I was a bit disappointed that it was not a set of two and I had to first cook the eggs and pancakes on the flat side and then flip it over and cook my back on the ridged side, but if that is the worst aspect of any kitchen item, I cannot complain. I will say that this is heavier than I expected and I will likely put this one in our camper instead of using it regularly at home simply because I have a glass top convection stove and I worry about the heaviness of this griddle. It cooked well though and was easy to clean up.

We have a very clunky grill pan system on our stove and our family has been pancake crazy this summer so I thought I'd give a griddle grill a try instead of dealing with our stovetop option. One side is a griddle which is great for making pancakes, grilled cheese and our weekly quesadillas. The other side is a grill pan and it's perfect for grilling an indoor steak (when it's just too hot to go outside!) and burgers.This premium cast iron griddle grill is delivered pre-seasoned to perfection and boasts a large 19.75 x 10 cooking surface. This size fits perfectly on my stove top and provides ample cooking space for our family of four. I try to live a minimalist lifestyle in the kitchen, and the versatility of this pan is definitely a winner. It goes from stove (rated for double burner electric and gas stovetops, which is why I bought it as I'm getting gas installed this summer) oven and even directly on a campfire. It's a must have for the cast iron lover, and cleans up quickly and easily as long as you follow appropriate cast iron care guidelines (handwash after fully cooled, no (or gentle) soap, and re-season as required).With proper care, this grill is of the quality that I expect will last a lifetime!

Good, even heat dispersion. Grill face cooks efficiently. Foods cooked on the griddle face tend to stick, especially pancakes etc. . I have an electric stove top with glass top. I would not recommend this griddle due to excessive scratches to the glass surface. Otherwise, for gas stoves, or older electric stove tops with standard heating elements, I think it's a good buy.

I love my new griddle pan! I have been on the fence on if I wanted one of these or not since we purchased out new stove with the long 5th burner. I am so glad I decided to get one.* Large design covers the entire 5th/center burner of my stove.* Heavy/durable cast iron.* Heats up fast.* Cast iron with no plastic handles so it can go in the oven. This is a huge selling feature for me. I actually used this to reheat pizza and to bake pretzel bites and both came out perfect. I usually would have used my pizza stone but was making other things on that so decided to try this and it worked perfect!* I have used the smooth side multiple times for pancakes, grilled cheese, baking and reheating pizza.* Has a drip edge which worked amazing to catch all the grease when I reheated pizza.I highly recommend this! I love it. I use it atleast a few times a week.

Sits well on my gas stove covering front and back burner. The entire surface doesn't heat up as well as I had hoped more the area above burner which one would expect. It's good quality. I like just leaving it on stove instead of my cast iron frying pan. I think I could've bought same one at Cabella's for $20 less so maybe check that out

I used the grill once to cook chicken. I oiled up the grill to make sure it doesn't stick but the chicken still got stuck and left burn marks that is impossible to clean. So it was useful the one time that I used it.
