This makes beautiful ice cubes. They are clear and are great for cocktails.

Instructions need to be followed. The manufacturer suggests freezing from 18 to 22 hours. I found 18 hours was enough. When I tried the second round for 20 hours, it was more difficult to remove the tray of cubes from the reservoir. Recommend getting several of the ice cube storage trays as, it takes nearly a full day to make just four cubes.

We love these ice cubes for bourbon on the rocks or fancy cocktails. I use filtered water from the tap and have discovered that freezing them for about 22 hours makes them easy to remove. If they go two or three days they can be very difficult to remove from the molds and need to sit out for a little while first. If you buy the set that includes the storage container it's very nice, but if you don't want to spend the extra money some grocery store salad bars have nice little four compartment plastic containers that fit these ice cubes perfectly as well. We have a couple other different molds that make clear ice cubes but this one is definitely our favorite. This ice cube maker does take up a fair amount of space in your freezer but fortunately we have plenty of freezer space.

It's a bit expensive but works well and as advertised. I freeze longer than the 24 hours for the perfect cube. Maybe my freezer isn't as cold as the test freezer. Took a few tries to get the process down but I'm glad I purchased it. I would recommend.

I bought a second one for my brother and he loves it. Just follow the directions and it comes out perfectly!

It works as advertised, the cubes are clear, but getting them out of the box and silicon takes work and understanding…maybe a little too much work and understanding. But they are beautiful cubes.
