If this were truly 'genuine' I would have expected it to last longer than my original that came with my phone. I purchased this product to replace my original battery due to its recent--at the time-- problem of draining to quickly. I had my phone with its original battery at least 2 years before it really began to annoy me that the battery was draining quickly. So, I went ahead and finally decided to purchase this, in hopes it would at least hold long enough like my original.I should mention that when I received it it would not charge fully to 100. Often bounce around between 80 to 100 when it seemed like it was "done charging" After the first month or two of having the battery it finally was holding true to at least charging to 100 percent. It is now approximately the fifth month owning this battery to when it did go back to not fully charging. Recently I was switching phone cases, and it was quite difficult to remove my case that I usually could easily slide off, when I opened the back, come to find out the battery had expanded. I am truly disappointed that this battery could not even last half as long as my original. Now I am back to my original that seems to be working fine and because I am passed the refund period I will be bringing this to a battery recycling.

This product arrived on time and very well protected, which is the only reason I gave it one star. I bought this for my husband's phone. He installed it last night and it remained charging all night. Today at 10 am I receive a text that the battery is a dud. It will not hold the charge and cuts off randomly even when it says it has a 60% charge.

Ordered 2. Scratches on the electrical contacts on both. One had 42% charge, it cannot supply necessary current to boot device. Defective.Cell #2 had 82% charge and could boot phone. Will charge, load test and update review when done.

Bought two units but none of it hold charge within the first day. The phone died out even the display shown charge of 76% and the other at 56%. It caused the phone to keep on rebooting. Believed these are non QC approved items.

I charged the battery and put it in my Note 4. The phone went crazy it just kept turning on and turning off and rebooting turning on turning off and rebooting unable to use the telephone it was a bad battery.

only worked well from when I purchased it in June until November. then my phone kept dying at 70% battery life. removed battery and it was swelled up/bulging. Decided to get a new phone instead of trying another new battery.

Fit well... great back up battery. Wife is happy. That's all that matters.

I ordered this so that my husband and I would have a fresh, long lasting battery in our phones for China. Unfortunately, both of our batteries only lasted for a few days. After the about 9 days in, both batteries started to have problems. Mines would die after it reached 44% and my husband's would not hold a charge at all. Thank goodness I'd packed our old batteries in our luggage, and he was able to get back up and running. We have just returned from China only to find out that we missed our return date. So much for these batteries 😕
