Easy install. Perfect fit
Awesome little gadget. Super simple installation. Although the directions are wrong on the size wrenches and Allen key you need. You’ll need a 5mm Allen T-50 torx, 10mm wrench, 13mm wrench. But installs well. Stays out of the way of the cable. The hardest part was taking out the bolt that holds the tailgate cable.

Purchased for my 2006 F150, Easy to put on and works great. Tail gate lowers nice and slow. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with an older truck.
