Portable and Works Well in Subtropical Weather!
First, I live in subtropical weather where itโs humid between Spring-Summer-half of Fall. In the summer, humidity can be 75%. My ideal is 45%. I purchased this 1,500 Sq. Ft (21 Pints) Dehumidifier 15 months ago and I LOVE this thing! Even though itโs small, it has wheels you can add/remove to make it easier to move around the room. Portable and energy-efficient are ideal as I wanted something I can put on the floor or a table. So far, I have kept mine on the floor since it doesnโt take up space (itโs 16 inches tall with wheel; 15 inches without. Across itโs 9 inches wide. Depth is 6.875 inches). When itโs humid (60%-75%), I dump the water out twice a dayโbecause itโs small, itโs much easier to maintain/manage. I prefer this over having to carry a big heavy bucket of water and spilling all over the place (the big ones are prohibitiveโmakes me lazy and unwilling to do the hard work, LOL). It does come with a tube if you want to hook it up to a drain. You can set and lock to your ideal humidity, or you can run continuously. These are the 2 settings I use, though there is also a timer (I did not test the timer). Fan speed is high and low. You should check and play with the settings because you can easily lock it. I was a little confused at first, as I couldnโt tell if it was locked to a certain humidity or if it was on continuous mode, but itโs my fault for not reading the manual. It doesnโt take a lot of time to figure out, but definitely play with it so you understand various settings. I lock mine at 45% as I donโt like it any drier than that. It will stop automatically if the water container is full so you donโt have to worry about leaks/overflow. Thereโs an indicator light that will tell you if itโs full (red) and needs to be emptied, or if humidity is high (green for dehumidifier on/running), or humidity is good (blue) and holding steady based on the locked setting. I added a short video of me dumping the water when container was 30% full. I highly recommend it if youโre in a subtropical climate and want something living room or bedroom-friendly (portable, manageable, and not an eye-sore). Space is 750 sq. ft and works just fine on its own. I track the humidity in every room using a hygrometer so am able to verify efficacy. I did contemplate spending money on a dehumidifier, but this was worth it. For one, it seemed cheaper compared to the other brands (I paid $140 at the time). The AC also doesnโt have to work as hard if you bring down the humidity, and this device is energy-efficient so it will save you money while bringing you comfort. I think this helped a lot with my allergies and can reduce sinus headaches from stuffiness. I mostly use it from Spring to Summer, and on rainy days in the Fall.

Works well and easy to handle
I'm very pleased with this little thing. Makes a noticeable difference in my 700 sq ft apartment. The sensor showing the percent humidity always matches my thermostat's reading exactly. The container is very small, so I empty it about 3 times a day in the middle of the summer, but that also means it takes very little effort to pick it up and dump it out. I also love that it has an easy to use lock button to keep my cats from changing the settings. I will say the one thing is that it beeps when it's full, and it is very quiet, but it is also the same tone and pitch as my building's fire alarms, so that threw me for a second the first time I heard it.

Outstanding De-Humidifier
My wife and I live in an old house with a leaky basement that gets a bit of moisture on the concrete which evaporates into the air. This can cause mold issues if it isn't controlled. That causes health problems for us; breathing, coughing. It can be dangerous. Our last De-Humidifier was a workhorse. We used it for a decade and it sucked tens of thousands of gallons of water out of the air. But, nothing lasts forever and it was time for a new machine. We were on a budget. We got our last machine with the house and it was enormous. We could not afford a machine that big. So, we needed something, smaller, economical, energy efficient, but still efficient at removing moisture from the air. We needed a smaller machine with a lower rating, but one that could get the job done and still keep our basement in good shape and our health intact. I was skeptical that a machine this size was going to be able to do the job of the giant machine we were replacing. In fact, the machine we were replacing was rated to remove much more water. But you know what? This machine actually worked just as well as the much larger machine! Not only that, it was more quiet! It had far better features, like a hose that could drain into my sink so that I didn't have to worry that the bin was full. I just let it keep going and going and going...] Even though I was replacing a much larger and much more expensive machine, this dehumidifier has actually under-promised and over-delivered! My wife hates it when the basement is damp, she hates the mold causing her asthma to flare up. And she hates shopping online for equipment because she just doesn't always get a good deal. She was extraordinarily happy with this machine, as was I. This De-Humidifier will get you far more for your money than you expect and you will be extraordinarily impressed. I never thought I would love a De-Humidifier, but I certainly do now!

Aiusevo AS320 - Compact, Efficient, Easy to use - Updated
The company did respond. They gave me a test to perform. From the results they determined that the dehumidifier may be underperforming due to insufficient refrigerant. They have issued a full refund. Kudos to them for standing behind their product. This is an update to my original review. I used this dehumidifier last summer in my basement. It worked, but not that great. My basement never got below 60% humidity. This year when I started it up again after not using it during the winter, it does not dehumidify at all. after running it for a few days NOT drop in humidity. I contacted service.... crickets. So much for the 3-year warranty. So, I bought a new one. A GE Model ADSE50XWT1. This is a real one. What a difference. Basement Already down to 50% in less than a day. Wish I had bought this one from the start. Both dehumidifiers have the same specs of 50 pints/day - large basement coverage (5000 sq. ft). But the GE works. Received product from Amazon in good condition. Only complaint is that the product requires it be shipped in the upright position. This is on the product packaging. But Amazon put it inside another box which did not display this requirement, so it was shipped laying on its side. However, this seems to have not effected the product. As a precaution I let it stand upright for a day before using. When considering the product, I was concerned the small 0.5-gallon water tank, but my intent was to connect it to my A/C condensate pump. So, I bought it based on the stated product spec's, size, efficiency and quietness. I first tested the product not connected to the pump so I could see it work and get a feel for how much humidity would be removed by the unit. I am using it in my basement, and I found it filled the tank fairly quickly. Thus, worked well. Once I was happy with that, I connected it to the condensate pump. This was easy with the supplied hose. It has been running now for a few days in this mode. I set the humidity level on the unit to 50%. I have a separate humidistat to monitor and can see the reduced humidity level. Overall, I am very happy with the unit, its quietness, ease of use, and general operation. Note that the user manual under continuous drainage is a bit confusing. It says to take the water tank out. Not sure why. I needed to reinsert the water tank for the unit to run, as I found out.

Small, portable, reliable, and easy to empty tank!
This is our second purchase from Aiusevo this year. We first purchased a 2500 sq ft dehumidifier back in February, and while we really like it, we needed a second unit to keep our indoor humidity between 45-50%. The addition of a second unit, this one rated for 5000 sq ft is successfully keeping the humidity of our 1200 square foot guest house where we want it. We keep the big one in the living room, and the smaller one in the bedroom. Both require emptying on average of 2-3 times per day as the late spring/early summer temperatures in Kentucky (heat and humidity) are increasing. Emptying the tank is super easy and the unit is on wheels, so easy to move around for cleaning. While we don't use the drain tube feature, it's a nice thing to have if you have a place to drain instead of manually emptying the tank. Both of our units have run pretty continuously since Feb/April and we've had zero issues - they're easy to use. Other than emptying the water tank, they're set and forget which is great.

Works great for small rooms i.e kitchen, office or laundry room.
Works great but needs condensate (water) emptied (dumped on outside plants) every 10-12 hours if you can't use the "self drain" option. Had to check the low / high fan speed using a anemometers (yes I have one) because there wasn't much difference (2.7low and 3.3high). Reached out to customer service and that was correct (fan speed) because it's a smaller "home" unit, works as designed. The noise level is acceptable on High or Low. Only improvement would be an led down light in the reservoir to see the level in the catch tank. Photo - sitting next to a standard 20 inch box fan - level hard to see in a darker conditions. Because it's basically a "mini" ac unit (the instructions state that it does contain Freon and must be treated as such when repairing or disposal). It does generate some heat (no exhaust). It works way better than the "electronic heat sink" type of dehumidifiers.

It's real small, but it works.
This is a small dehumidifier. It's so small that I would recommend you get a bigger better one. I put my review as 5 stars still because I think it works just as good as a little dehumidifier is supposed to, I just don't think they're very useful being this small. The water will fill up in about 16 hours if you live in a humid area. You have to empty the water more than once a day or else it'll fill up and then go into standby mode. Once that happens, you just remove the water container, empty it, push it back in, then turn the device off and on again. It's real simple and easy to use. The most it'll reduce the humidity in my bedroom is about 20 to 30%. The lowest I've ever seen the humidity reading is about 38%. When the device is filled with water and in standby mode, it'll still tell you the humidity level of the room. The highest I've seen my humidity level in my bedroom is about 83%, and after running the dehumidifier for a bit, it'll bring it down to about the 50s or 40s. When the water fills up, it'll beep 5 consecutive times, like an old microwave. It's not very loud, but it's loud enough to be heard down the hallway, and loud enough to wake me up at night to where I make sure it's emptied before I go to sleep, or I just leave it alone because I'm too lazy and tired to empty the water before I get in bed. However, I do think it helps me sleep at night when I have it. In the morning, sometimes I get a little too warm because of the humidity. I don't have as many of those hot mornings with this little thing running.

Great for up to 700-1000sq. Ft. Basement
The below notes are after daily use for almost 1 month. I live in the north east US and Fall is approaching with lots of rain. Basement is decently insulated. Usability: Very easy to use. Simple buttons, simple screen, hard to mess up. Sound: On high setting it is noticeable but given this unit is rated for 5000sq. Ft. You can position this anywhere and not really notice the sound. For example my unit is about 20ft from the living area and it's more or less white noise you don't notice. Performance: Very impressed. My basement is a little under 1000sq. Ft. And within an hour of starting this up for the first time, humidity dropped to the set range without issue. Temperature: Machine is set to 45% Humidty on High fan. The air comming directly out of the top measures at ~31% humidity and ~85ยฐF. This heat does not travel well in a large open area so as far as my basement temperature is concerned, it's always pleasantly cool. However Humidity Control: despite being rated for 5000sq. Ft. I found that it does not really bring the humidity down below 48% in an ~1000sq. Ft. Floor. Of course you wouldn't really want a LIVING space to be THAT dry but just a note. I keep it at 50-55% which the machine handles perfectly fine. Tank: If possible, arrange a drain set up using the provided hose so you don't have to keep emptying it. If you don't have that capability then you'll probably have to empty the tank frequently UNTIL humidity has equilibrated. Once it's evenened out, then emptying the tank is done a couple days apart. Overall Results: Very satisfied and would buy another if I ever needed to. Again, if your floor is under 1000sq. Ft. The flow rate of this 5000sq. Ft. Unit works great at keeping humidity consistently down to 50%, anything under that 50% is difficult to maintain unless you live in a dry environment.
