Easy to use and really works
We needed any easier way to lift my grandmother her bed to her wheel chair and this works great!

Great concept but poor real world approach
Not ideal for people with poor posture or balance control issues. Designed for people without disabilities.

This vest very obviously was not designed by someone that professionally transfers patients day in and day out. I was directed to this product via Facebook video, and was appalled by the lifting mechanics this device encourages for the caregiver. It takes the caregiver out of position to generate power through theit legs and core to initiate the lift, instead relying on primarily arm strength and back strain. It also disallows the patient to use their arms to assist with the lift phase, and their legs are unable to assist with pivoting once upright as they are strapped together. As an occupational therapist in the acute hospital setting, with additional experience in home care, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities, I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone.
