Best product!!!
If you follow the directions exactly, this will last a month or longer. There is a bit of sting and taste at first but after the final step that disappears. I have tried several other products and nothing else comes close to being as good as this. You won’t regret purchasing this. If you have any issues, just ask me and I will tell you what could have went wrong. Following the directions exactly is very important. Don’t skip a step.

Do it your self and save big bucks
Works great to realign your dentures yourself. Great value and super easy to use. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Alignment lasts a long time. I've saved at least $500 doing my own realignment and my dentures actually fit better.

If you do it right...works well.
Another Update (5/17/14) - I'm still working this product, re-doing the repairs about every six months-ish. They updated the instructions to say put both powder and liquid in the freezer, but it doesn't say to put the liquid in the mixing tray first, although that's very important for getting it smooth. On the plastic wrap issue people are having problems with, the last time I just cut up a baggie and used both layers as a liner. No trouble with sticking and was easier to manage than Saran wrap, although it's not strictly necessary. Also a pro tip: If you cannot find the mixing dish, don't use a disposable Styrofoam bowl to mix it up. Oy! I felt very stupid when the solution ate through the bottom of the bowl... ------------------------------------- Update: I have redone my repair one since I wrote the original review, and while it doesn't last quite as long as a reline from the dentist did, it's still an extremely good deal and works very well. I followed the same procedure as outlined below and had ZERO issues with clumps. The first repair I did lasted from late Aug through Thanksgiving, the next one is still working (now late March). ------------------------------------ I used this to reline very old dentures, a piece had even broken off the side and I was able to make a serviceable repair. It's not to going to last for years and years I'm sure but it did help out tremendously in a pinch. And it was less than $10, so pretty low risk. A few tricks to getting the best effect: Cut a double-layer piece of baggie beforehand to line the inside of your dentures. There is a chemically taste to this stuff that's somewhat unpleasant and if you have any irritation on gums from ill-fitting dentures or whatnot, it will probably bother you otherwise. Smooth some olive oil or vegetable oil over the teeth themselves where you won't want the reliner to stick, it is extremely easy to remove any stray reliner that way, it doesn't stick where it doesn't go. You can do both uppers and lowers at once if you want, I did and it was not a problem. In fact, it's easier because you know you're biting down properly and you may be able to get away with only using one of the two applications in the box that way if you don't need as thick a reline. There are some differences from the directions for applying. 1. Put liquid and powder in the freezer for 3 minutes before mixing. I used a timer. 2. Add the LIQUID to the tray first, not the powder. 3. Gradually add the powder, mixing it in as quickly you go. It was VERY easy to get it smooth this way, none of the lumps others struggled with. 4. For the mixing and application to the dentures together, you have about 3-5 minutes before it starts to set, PROVIDED you've put the liquid in the freezer before starting. Otherwise it sets more quickly. 5. Follow the directions for waiting another 3 minutes before putting them in your mouth. 5. Line the dentures with the a baggie you've pre-cut before putting them in your mouth. It will save you most of the bad taste, no chemical in your mouth issues and did not stick for me. 6. Remove the lining when you've molded it to your mouth and follow the directions for the rest of the process. The liner itself dries solid but still with some flexibility. They do smell EXACTLY like and taste like acyclic fingernails, that fades over a couple of days, it's not overwhelming but not whoopee-yay, either. Overall, I'm pleased and would buy this again. I dock a star for insufficient directions, because if you follow them as is, you'll struggle. Hope that helps!

D.O.C Reline- it A++
I see so many ratings for this. This is the first time using this product, used different brand in past. Bought based on price. I have very small dentures and I use packet for top and bottom and still some excess.I do have some hints to maybe help you. Take your time and organize. Read directions and follow exactly. What I do in addition. After cleaning teeth thoroughly and let dry well. Take cotton tip and put speck of Vaseline type on it and rub all outside of dentures teeth and gums. As thin of film as you can. Wipe off excess if need to very thin coat. Be very careful not to get any where you want liner to go. Don't touch inside of dentures with anything with the Vaseline or liner won't stick. Be careful handling because they will slip out of fingers. Follow the times listed for each step. When it comes time for first trimming I don't use tool. Liner is still soft so be careful handling. I use my thumb to press firmly at aprrox 45% angle on top of rims and push from inside to outside all the way around may take couple of times but leaves a much smother edge than cutting. Don't push down or well change shape of liner. Push at angle from inside to outside and hard enough to go through liner. Saves time having to trim later and doesn't leave any rough or semi sharp edge. The product does burn and I'm sure some people are sensitive. Taste terrible and will continue for a day or two but goes away. Don't try to eat anything really hard or chew hard. It will change liner change and be lose. Overall well worth the discomfort you may have for the money saved for professional job. I've done this for some time. It usually last me around a year and the only reason I have to redo is because of bone lose. This is my own experience with this product not saying anyone else is right or wrong. T

Don't waste your money, they changed the formula
**Updated review ⭐3/21/2026 I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because the formula has changed & this kit no longer works at all. I swore by this product for several years. One reline lasted several months. Now, it doesn't adhere to my partial denture at all. It peels right off the same day. My denture hasn't changed. I follow the directions exactly. I am upset that I have bought 10 of these relines in 2026 so far & they are worthless. I tried purchasing from another seller who pictured the old D.O.C. Reline-it packaging, in hopes that is what I'd receive, however, I was sent the new Dentemp boxes anyway. Extremely disappointed. Looking through my Amazon orders, I've been buying this kit since 2018! Long overdue for a new denture, but, still very sad that this product is no longer available. The only way I'm able to eat now, is to stack two Poligrip Comfort Seal Strips on each side of my partial denture (4 strips total) in order to create enough of a cushion to create a seal. Well, off to another dentist. I've left my old review for comparison. Old Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/2022 I've had a lower partial for a decade. I've lost a lot of bone which now makes refitting a nightmare. I'm currently on my 3rd attempt at a new denture in the last 2 years & they can't get it to fit. For awhile I tried chewing with my front teeth (like a rabbit) & wound up shattering a porcelain crown. I used this on my old partial (with both clasps broken off) & can finally chew again. Most of the time I don't even need adhesive. A lot of people complain about the taste. After relining, I soak the denture in baking soda & water as directed, only I use A LOT more baking soda than suggested & let it soak for 30 minutes. Any residual taste fades after a couple of days. This stuff adheres extremely well, so be careful trying to remove it. I broke an acrylic (non-metal framework) stayplate trying to pry this off with a metal tool. I wouldn't use this on a stayplate/flipper. I've used this reline on a few different partials over the years & it lasts for several months. It's worked where dentists & labs have failed. I'm so thankful to be able to eat solid foods again! Last week I brought my old partial to the dentist as "a guide" for adjusting the new one. My dentist commented on what a nice reline it was & asked if he'd done it! Lol. I'm hoping this reline kit will keep me going until I've saved enough for implants.

I wouldn't buy again
Tastes absolutely rancid. Tastes like poison. There's nothing you can do to get rid of this taste either. It killed my stomach too because it literally tastes like POISON. Like you're drinking paint remover! Soaking in baking soda, vinegar, mouthwash, NOTHING HELPS. I don't know how safe this is to even use in your mouth being it tastes toxic. I'd opt for something else. In-office reline.
