Coppershield Hard, Marine Black, Gallon

My impression was that this paint would be harder than it is, and that it would actually be a little better at coverage thickness per coat. It went on very thinly, and though provided a solid coat, was actually pretty watery as paint goes. That said, I am decidedly NOT as experienced as most with bottom paint options, and so the loss of a single star should be considered as a subjective issue most likely, rather than a real damaging rating. Another problem was that I ordered one of this paint color and another of Admiral Green. The Green container contained black paint! Unfortunately, so did the Black container, so I ended up with two of the same color (defeated my purpose of ordering contrasting colors, so making it harder for me to determine when the outer coats are wearing through). Now I have to just guess. At the price of this coating, one would think they could get the right color in the correctly labeled cans...
