It really works I’ve bought several bottles of it .

They’ve changed the formula without any indication. I ordered directly from my previous order but noticed it now says a serving is 4 pills (previously 2) and it no longer includes Niacin and Calcium at all, which the niacin was something I was looking for it to include.

I have not found a nitric oxide booster with higher potency. For now, I'm sticking with this brand.

I've been taking this product for about 8 weeks. You can't take a product like this for 2 weeks or less and expect to gauge significant changes. That's just retarded. I noticed I didn't feel much with just 2 tablets. I'm already active and I'm no where near the 40 mark so I increased my dosage to 4 tablets. There's a bit of a cooling flush you feel in your body. I workout 4-6 times a week ranging from heavy lifting to cardio days. I felt a boost but I also noticed how my body reacted if I missed a meal which happens if I have a long work day. Diet is very important and just taking pills without proper nutrition won't get you positive results. I've read alot of the reviews here and majority of the complaints are from ppl with poor diets and habits it sounds like. This isn't a magic pill. I recommend this for ppl serious about being active in the gym or their workouts and want a boost without using heavy products that may cause bloating like most creatines and protein shakes. I'm no doctor but I know my body. My dosage works for me. If you take the recommended dosage and you feel no effects, talk to your PCP about increasing your dosage of it and if it's safe for you. Theres no pill for gym Laziness (on the market yet). I hope this review helps someone.. Good luck..
