After being displaced from my bed for a week I slept great last night knowing I have created a way to ...
Had an outbreak in one room of the house after being evacuated during Irma. I have these under my new bed frame. I got rid of box springs and treated mattress with diatomaceous earth while leaving it in the sun (Florida) for several days. I encased mattress in 6 sided protection cover. These are on legs of new frame I added diatomaceous earth in the reservoir also. After being displaced from my bed for a week I slept great last night knowing I have created a way to detect any further activity.

I didn't think they worked but after a month they proved me wrong!
I didn't think these work. I put them on a brand new bed in a bedroom that we had a known bedbug problem that was being treated by an exterminator. I put a mattress cover on the bed and made the bed an island so it never touched the walls or the floors without the traps under the legs. They were on three weeks and I never saw a trapped bug. I found a few bugs on the wall and then we found one in the bed one morning. I called the exterminator back after that one because it was close to the date that they said they would do a follow up and he came and treated the whole house again. I had purchased two more sets as a precaution for other bedrooms even though there was no signs of bugs anywhere else, but returned them because I didn't think they worked after finding the one in the bed. Now today, a week after the exterminator and a month after I put them in the room, there is a dead bug trapped in the trap! Dead because of the exterminator but trapped because of the trap. They work and I plan on leaving them on the bed for the foreseeable future. They seem to be well made although I did put some thin wood underneath the traps to give them more support. The legs of the bed are very narrow and I was afraid the traps wouldn't be able to hold up to that much pressure since the middle is not completely flush with the sides and I have them on carpet. Hopefully our problem is taken care of but if we ever have a bug problem again I would definitely order more.

Great tool on getting rid of bed bugs!
These are a fantastic monitoring tool! We had a mild infestation and these, helped to know if they were still in the bed or coming from else where! A great tool to help get rid of bed bugs! Some reviewers said they cracked bit even on carpet and with heavy furniture they are holding up well. Make sure you center the legs which can be tricky if you are doing the placement by yourself.

Equilibrium restored!
I've never had bed bugs before and still can't explain their occurrence, but employing this early trap system, along with mattress covers and Diatomaceous Earth (DE) powder have given me peace of mind once more. I have been able to put the bites, scratching, and anxiety behind me. Thanks so much for a good night's sleep!

Does not work on bed bugs
Does not work to trap bed bugs. Bought these in January and have yet to see a bed bug in one of them, but I did find one crawling on my bed. I have found other bugs in these, so I guess they are good for those, just not bed bugs.

These wont work if they're already in your bed
Put them on my beds feet and 3 weeks later nothing. Sprayed entire bed and put covers on box springs and mattress and thought anything that was there must be dead or trapped but they didn't die and I'm still getting bit and theres nothing in the traps. Yeah they're cheeper than an exterminator but so is a sandwich, and they'll both do you about just as good against bed bugs.
