On this particular set up, The bottom larger container holds for me, a decent full cup mounded of whey mix, the second from bottom holds a flat cup. This ensures I can either have half a mixer bottle or combine both containers to have a rich full bottle. The second from top is a decent size, I use this to hold two cups of Aminos mix, this is enough to fill a full shaker bottle twice. It gives the option to have mix early morning and also another in the evening, should the need arise. The top container is smaller but holds two cups of pre workout, enough for a full shaker cup mix. The configuration is adaptable, you choose how you want stacked, you can buy others and adapt combine. The lids are a good fit, had in bag for a few days and no sign of leaking. They are tight and hopefully will stay that way with use. The lids are also thick enough, no overkill there. The whole things can be used with others to make fit into all size bottles for storage. This set as it stands fits barely into my shaker cup, but you have to remove the shaker ball, if using one. The plastic clear container is reassuringly thick plastic, not too thick not too thin. What I have learnt already is that i need different ones for what i am using them for, I also need more so that i can store vitamin gummy, health pills, creams and so many other things. For a gym drink mix set, I intend to get one vessel large enough for the two scoops of whey, followed by of the tops ones of this set. This eliminates the need for an extra cap and size reduction improves. Combined with another set , I will have all of the gym things secured and ready for whenever I randomly want to hit the gym, take a hike or whatever I am doing at the time. I am hoping that they say secured in my back, I do however make sure to keep powders in a separate part of the bag from clothes, just in case. Have powders away from gym clothing, especially if using white powder and black clothes. If you mix at the gym residue powders cling to outer vessels at times.

I bought these just in time not realizing my husband was going to end up in the hospital for several days just before Memorial day weekend when life was already hectic enough then it was compounded by the extra stress of his illness. This GoStak starter pack was IDEAL for our situation! The largest size holds 2 scoops of Vegansmart or other nutritional shake powder with just enough room left that I was able to stack sodium ascorbate on top (leading cardiologists now refer to some instances of heart disease as "scurvy of the heart".). The smallest size housed my digestive enzymes - wobezym N and Fibrenza (I alternate which ones I use for best results!) The other two cups held a weeks worth of my supplements so I didn't have to reload daily. The only compartment I had to refill was the bottom largest container, 150CC, for the nutritional shake. I bought another batch so even this became less of a chore since I was spending most of my waking hours (and sleeping hours) at the hospital (as one of my docs says, "If you're walking and your talking you have no business being in the hospital, hospitals KILL!") I love my Go Stak so much that we're buying several more so we can better organize our supplements both at home and on the go. The starter set seems to be the best value overall. It comes with 1 each of 40 cc, 60 cc, 100 cc and 150 cc. The 150 cc would be ideal for baby carrots or celery sticks. The 100 cc maybe for ranch dip or peanut butter. Raisins or craisins fill the 60 cc unit perfectly and a handful of pills fits neatly into the 40 cc container. They all mix and match together, interlocking easily in whichever order you prefer. Even if you buy several different colors the lids and the top white loop are all interchangeable. I LOVE the white loop, I can carry 3 or 4 of the Better Bottles and this stack together in one hand along with mail and still have a free hand to open doors or use a key. I LOVE these, I can't say it enough it was a wise purchase and I definitely plan to buy more of them in the future.

Pros: The smallest compartment is perfect for very small tablets (like my vitamin D), the next two are perfectly sized for small/medium to large/medium capsules and the last compartment is great for those large horse sized pills. I love how you can separate them and each will still have it's own lid rather than depending on the compartment on top to keep it sealed. The clear plastic is attractive and has the look of glass. Easy to open and close. Cons: Though the clear, see through plastic is a nice option, it also means I have to protect my tablets from the natural light that comes in to keep them from degrading. As nice as the clear is, a darkly tinted transparent plastic would probably work better to give both visibility, plus some protection. Many vitamins and powders can degrade with exposure to light. However I am pretty pleased with it otherwise and currently try to cover it with a tea cozy if I have it out on my desk.

Absolutely love the versatility of these little gems! I use them for my morning powders that go into my drink! Super clean, efficient and the perfect size! You can take them traveling, put buttons or small items in them, or whatever you need! Clean and organized! JUST PEFECT! Update with PHOTOS! I think they are AWESOME! I use them for several different powders... It does depend on the type of powder though as to if it will stick or not. For example, I use one set for my 'morning' powder drink which includes a fiber powder and 'Active You' and these stacks are bone dry. Work extremely well and super convenient for me as I just grab and go. My second set I use for supplement powders including Cocoa for smoothies and the powders have more wetness to them. I will be leaving a new review for them online as this link won't let me include photos. So, bottom line, the drier your powders are, the less residue that will be left behind. I love them so much and actually have taken them on trips and they are so convenient!

This is my second purchase of this item. (I had to replace them because my friend lost them during a trip) Very versatile containers to store supplements or food and surprisingly easy to keep clean. The seal is great and I’ve never had any issues with spills. I love the stackable feature making them easy to fit in a lunch bag, purse, or backpack. They fit everything from protein powder, carrot sticks, salad dressing, nuts and everything in between. Great for managing serving sizes/portion control. You won’t be disappointed!

I was initially going to just write a review to the effect that it does what it’s supposed to do, but that would be short-selling this product… There are likely less expensive ways to store stacks of powders. What’s really amazing is how well the containers stay shut — and how they somehow can be unscrewed, regardless of how tightly they are closed, when they’re hooked onto the container above. I travel a lot and have had more spilled powders than I can count - so I am grateful to have found something that actually stays closed even when bounced around in my bags. My only criticism is that there are only a few sizes available as add-ons and – but it’s worked fine for my needs.

I love that I can take snacks and stay organized. I like that it's slim and it doesn't take up too much space in my bag. It's about the width of a water bottle. It can hold a lot. It's easy to clean. The quality is great. The material is thick. The connector pieces are a little lose. They do snap securely but I wish it's tighter so it doesn't wiggle. These are perfect for dry snacks only. It will leak if you put liquids in it, there is no rubber seal in the lid.

I was going through the reviews and just noticed one by a Drew M. I don’t know what you’re talking about, Drew, but these are some very high-quality products. They seal very well, are made of incredibly durable, even noticeably weighty and dense, BPA free plastic. They stack together like a dream and, as hard as they can be to open WHEN YOU DO IT WRONG, they’re designed to open using the bottom of another bottle, which works beautifully. Maybe you forgot to read the only instruction card it comes with. As far as cleaning goes, this was very easy as well. I bought them because of how easy they are to clean, mix and match sizes, and how well they’ve been reportedly holding up for people. The “offensively small” containers are for people with some amount of dexterity, sure, and you need to have something small enough that you care about carrying with you before you’ll appreciate them, but not being capable of opening and cleaning these is not something you should be coming to the review section of this product for, it’s something you should be making an appointment about. I’ve been looking for something to meet my extraordinarily specific criteria for a long long time and these really are it. I ordered two starter packs and can’t wait to get more.

Nice product and good feel/design to it. The twist and lock mechanism on the lids is great. I fill these with baby snacks (those small rice cake snacks fit inside well) when I'm out and about with my baby. It keeps things fresh and is a good space saver in my bub's already crowded nappy backpack. The bottom two jars are the most practical while the top 2 don't fit a whole lot - probably just good for storing small yoghurt drops or a few grapes etc.
