Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Extra Grade A - 1 lb

Not quite what I expected but not that bad.

These were perfect. Great taste. The price was very good also. will be reordering them when I run out and will order them as a gift for my daughter as well.

I am used getting my porcini at Eataly store and after opening the package of this product was extremely disappointed. The porcini are unusually dark, with far inferior smell, all small pieces, and about 20% was broken to literally powder state.Packed in a bag with another bag on the top for shipping. Not good, such brittle product MUST be in a jar.I was planning it for soups and in my recipe I soak porcini in water prior to cooking. Not possible without loosing a lot with this product.I am not recommending this product.

Today I received the order of dry porcini mushrooms , but the bag was damaged . Wanted to return/ exchange but it said the item was not eligible for return/exchange.

I have purchased many products with Markys, and they always deliver top quality products. These dried porcini are not the exception.

This is basically a bait and switch, the advertisement picture clearly shows Italian porcini form the Urbani area, what you get is a turkish mix of some old disgusting mushrooms. Avoid!

Received this with a disgusting waxy ooze all over the bag. No way would anyone use it in that condition!
