(hubby) loves his new French baguette baking pan
My husband is the Baker in the family, not me. He was a little disheartened when baking French bread because it kept over-rising as he had no pan or form. This solved the problem completely and now we have crispy, crunchy fresh French bread every week.

Makes very small loaves
Sides and shape is too small to make real loaves, when they rise they connect in the middle and droop over the side

Barley wide enough for bread expansion
I have a wider pan but it is perforated. I make a wetter dough (75-77% hydration) so sometimes the dough will stick in the holes making it impossible to remove without damage. So I tried this pan. It is much narrower so the loaves touch and form together and then go over the sides. not pretty.
