Ear buds fall out easily
I am still trying these out but when going out in public these ear buds fall out a lot. I tried every soft cover in the box but they all fall out just walking? Is there any adhesive for these to keep them in your ears?I may have to return them and get the over the ear type again.

Good quality hearing aids
Shipped by Prime. Good package. Very easy to use. Quick charging time for a long lasting use. So far haven’t had any issue. Sound is very loud and clear. I gave 9 out of 10. The color is dark grey, personally I like white or black.

Number 8 in My quest for Usable Amplifier
This is now the 8th different hearing amplifier I have either bought (and returned) or received from the Amazon Vine Program.I guess I am fooling myself thinking that I'll find one that is magically different and fulfills my needs for such a device. This one, as you can see, mimics the Bluetooth phone/music type which in itself is a negative for me anyway. While the appearance is fine if in your home, shopping, or watching TV; IMO it becomes a problem (for me) in business. My customers look and think I am listening to music or will break away for a phone call. I encountered this when I wore (not these but the same type) to a business meeting. It was immediately (kiddingly) mentioned that I thought the meeting was boring since I had to listen to music instead. So this style, regardless of their performance is a fail for me.As to the devices themselves - they are of the type that automatically turn on taken out of the case and you have three seconds to get them in your ear - good luck doing that in 3 seconds before the screeching starts. All these amplifiers screech if you hold you hand near them thus creating feedback. Once in your ears there are 4 programs - standard, noise reduction, conversation, and outdoor - I defy anyone to tell the difference, or even tell me which one they are on since it is only indicated after you hold the button for 3 seconds and the you get 1-4 beeps to indicate which program your using. The volume is set by the same button, also an issue IMO and the 6 levels are chosen with this "momentary" press. Pressing this often just changed the program and not the volume.I have spent up to $500 on these hearing devices and I can honestly state I can tell very little difference between those at $500 and these. I can only suggest you try them for yourself, you may have a better experience than i did.

Step one: See your doctor / Step two: a hearing test with this model
Let’s get the headline posted first: This Nurhome set is a cut above most other hearing aids in this entry level price range. Hearing loss runs in our family and my father wore a hearing aid for decades. This entry level dual solution includes two hearing aids, whether you need in each ear or not. Its average sound gain is unknown yet there are several volume levels. Peak gain is also unlisted. It is rechargeable and is well packaged if considering as a gift. Excellent storage case, too.My suggestion is to first discuss your needs with your audiologist, and not one whose primary goal is to sell you THEIR product. Second, make a return visit and have your hearing tested with this device. Make sure you are not getting extraneous noises that will eventually drive you crazy. One big plus is Amazon’s 30 day free returns if not working well for you.

Papa’s Got A Brand New Bag!!
The media could not be loaded. These ultra sleek hearing aid buds make my grandpa feel like a young buck again (his words)! Not only are they stylish in appearance, but they are a true modern marvel in functionality. Even the teenage grandchildren of the family have stopped in their tracks and taken notice to his attractive Smart “ear gear.”Its noise canceling feature rivals with the best of them, even making the grandchildren envious, and it certainly puts a smile on his face because of the high clarity and sound purity he now gets to lavishly enjoy on a daily basis. We’re all amazed at just how his level of hearing has increased greatly thanks to these fascinating hearing aid buds. And he likes to take full credit for the elevated fashion sense he now enjoys. The frequency modes provide an enhanced level of performance, that his old school hearing aid couldn’t begin to offer him, or compete with. And the auto on and off feature is a godsend of convenience to him. Did I mention it’s waterproof? Well, it is!And only just fifteen minutes of charging produces three whole hours of working time. While the beautiful case is full of technology and power that gifts him over sixty hours worth of pure energy. This is the future in hearing aid, made just for him!

These are FANTASTIC and so easy to use!
I purchased these for my father who detests technology and reminders that he is getting older. First of all, they’re very modern looking, almost hidden in plain sight since they look more like high tech headphones than hearing aids. I tried them out before he did and the sound is very clear, and you can adjust the volume very high if needed. Although the volume buttons are very small, it’s easy to adjust. They charge amazingly fast as well. This is where this product really shines; they are idiot proof… All you have to do is take them out of the case, put them in your ears, and they automatically turn on when they sense that they are in your ear. I don’t know how it does it, but it works flawlessly. You take them out, they turn off automatically as well. It couldn’t be any easier. I am so much more impressed with these than I thought I would be. Highly recommended!

Long lasting with impressive audio quality
These hearing amps sound much better than some very cheap ones I bought a while back. Those had a gimmick feature, a transmitter microphone that you could place near the television, so that it amplified that sound above the rest.Unlike those hearing amps, these have built in mics with a wide dynamic range in terms of how they pick up sound. The clarity is like nothing I’ve used prior to these.Another thing I like is how long the charge lasts. I’ve had mine last about ten hours on average before I need to put them back in the charging case. That’s pretty impressive and covers my entire work day plus the commute. The design being similar to the look of earbuds isn’t a problem for me, as I wear my hair down and it covers my ears. But I can see these being seen as unprofessional.
