Perfect replacement
Perfect almost identical with original battery.Had cover iff before so was easy for me. Had new one in and charging in 15 minutes !New battery holds charge as good as original did when newWould buy againThankyou

Tablet will not charge this battery
My original battery as pictured ballooned up opening the case for me. The new battery powers the laptop but will not charge. I tried the original Dell charger, a Samsung charger, and 3 others along with 4 different charging cables. Not charging when plugged in. Must have received a battery with a defective or incompatible integrated charge controller. I also received no tools to open the case. So a total loss.
