The heat part works great, the massage part is just vibrating pulses and is decent. But it is hard as a rock to rest your neck on. Very uncomfortable.

The vibrator has stopped working after a little more than 3 months usage.The company nicely replaced my item after reading my review. I really appreciate that kind of great customer service, so rare these days!! Great company. The item has been super helpful for my chronic neck pain due to spinal injury.

Likes: The heat is nice and heats up quickly. That is the reason for the one star, and that is generous.Dislikes: The massage does nothing but hum uncomfortably loud in your ears and the vibration is too weak to be helpful. Also, the pump feature does not help either, unless your goal is to raise your neck to a painful angle.The pillow is a great concept that could have been wonderful if it had utilized quality parts for the features it boasts. Youre better off spending a little more for something worth the money.
