Elkay Dayton D225194 Equal Double Bowl Drop-in Sink, 25 x 19 x 6.5, Stainless Steel

We replace the flimsy plastic sink in our travel trailer so it was a great upgrade in a limited space. The SS material is an attractive brushed finish and seems sturdy. As for ease of installation, I did have to enlarge the cutout slightly which was easy with the right tools.. The small clamps that fasten the sink under the counter work well but we’re a challenge in some areas due to the tight clearances and my large hands…not a fault of the sink. The drain holes are a standard size and spacing so the original drain plumbing fit perfectly. The three faucet holes are also standard size and spacing. We are pleased with the sink. The only slight negative was one corner was slightly raised because it was sightly bent upwards. Being a perfectionist, I could have lived with it and no one would likely notice but I couldn’t, so I used a protective rag and a pair of pliers to carefully eliminate the issue. Not worth taking off a star.

This is not the heaviest, sturdiest sink, but we don't intend to be dropping bricks or dumbbells into it, and we needed one that was 19", rather than the very common 22". I've installed quite a few sinks over the years, and would say this one is pretty average. But who needs more? I mean, it holds water, and that really doesn't require 18-guage steel.I give it five stars mainly because we had a good experience with the seller when we had a problem. The sink shipped by UPS in a box that should have been OK for that purpose, but it's almost impossible to anticipate how much abuse a product like this endures in shipment. The first one was damaged at one corner, bent by about a quarter-inch, so it couldn't sit flat on a countertop. The vendor quickly shipped us another. The box actually looked slightly worse than the first by the time UPS got through with it, but the sink was undamaged. It installed very easily.

After 34 years in our manufactured home the kitchen sink was well in real need of replacement. I find this attractively priced direct replacement sink and I installed it and it was a straight forward replacement. I find that it is attractive and cost savings. Sure this sink is built to a price and it is a smaller sink then most but a direct replacement is what was needed as the cabinets were in good shape and it was a nice change from the aged porcelain sink that had pits and eroded surface from all those years.The ease of installation was really appreciated and with the new stainless updated the kitchen appearances a lot. New faucet, strainer baskets and dishwasher vent finished out the entire install for under a total of $280.00. I just glad I can do it myself and not have to get a plumber involved

I have literally bought two of these sinks as I have remodeled my studio in my house and am also remodeling a small trailer. The sink is clean durable stainless steal and great for the price.

Love this sink! What I would say is although they give measurements, it does not tell you about the fastener rails underneath which I ended up having to cut the countertop to fit. Also maybe so instructions on the clip installation as some people might have an issue but you can look up. I used butyl tape under it to give it a nice seal. All said, it wasn't that hard and had good results.

Bought this to replace a worn out, nasty old looking sink in our kitchen, this sink is deeper than our old sink, was easy to install, although we had a handyman install ours due to we have severe vision issues, and I just couldn't see to install it. Took our handyman to install it in very little time.It has a nice depth, and looks much nicer than our old sink ever did.I can recommend this sink. It is made of stainless steel, so no doubt it will hold up for years, be easier to clean than the fiberglass piece of crap sink that was in there before.

Looks great! Made from very thin stainless steel. Very easy to dent and bend. It will do until I can replace it.

but i had to seen it back because it was to small i ordered the wrong one.it was really nice.so i reordered another one.

poor metal quality easily damaged due to shipping and transportation I had 3 returns and finally cancelled the order
