5-in-1 Jar Opener, Lid Twist Off Jar Bottle Opener Multi Kitchen Tools for Children Weak Hands and Seniors with Arthritis

This "tool" is useless.I bought it as a gift for someone who has problems opening cans with pull tabs and jars. I thought I would try it out before I gave it to her. It will not open cans with pull tab. The hooks on the end are too large and the slot on the end of the tool will not work unless you manually partially pull up the tab. The hooks are too big to fit under jar lids (at least the ones I had in my pantry). I could find nothing in my kitchen that the round bottle opener would fit. It did work quite well opening a screw-on cap of a bottle of wine. However, the cap stuck in the hole and I had to get another tool to remove the cap from from the Multi Bottle Opener. A TOTAL waste of time and money. I'd return it but it was under $10.00 so I'll just take the hit. I did read a lot of reviews before I bought this and chose to ignore them and buy it anyway. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don't buy this so-called opener. It simply doesn't work.

I am unable to twist lids off bottles due to arthritis. This is a great tool for that. I also use it for pop up cans. So happy to discover this.

This is an amazing little tool. I purchased it for a senior who was having trouble opening a water bottle. The feedback from her and her friends is that it is quite helpful and all the ladies now have one in their cars. I would buy it again.

I found this completely useless in opening cans with tabs - it’s too thick. You have to almost completely lift the tab to get the opener under it! I bought this for my mother who has arthritic hands. I thought this would make it easier. She can grip this better than trying to grip and lift a can tab or bottle cap, which this device also fails at.

Haven't used it much yet. Tried to open a twist-off bottle cap but the cap was a bit bigger than the opening. Tried again with a jar of jam. Not much use there either, but it may have been the way I was holding the opener so will try that again. It just slid off without hooking under the lip of the lid. I haven't tried it yet on a pop-top can but it looks like that should work fine.

I have chronic “trigger finger” in both my thumbs. This means I can’t open a lot of things when I have it. This tool does nothing for jugs of milk, and the opening is to small for most things I wanted to open. Pliers actually worked better.

I am a senior citizen & have issues with opening jars, bottles, snack bags, & pop tops so purchased this item thinking it would help me. It doesn’t!! Not large enough to open jars, no bag slicer/opener & the pop-top does not get under the tabs. Waste of my money & no free return. Will probably give it away!

I hate the pull tab cans especially Vegtables or soups even pop. I break my nails or chip them. The Multi opener is great. It is also great when you need to open a jar, just give the jar a whack and voila it pops open.
