Wow, amazing bit of kit. Advised to get something like this to get rid of adhesions following knee surgery. Bit of massage oil and away we went. Feels incredibly smooth and nice to use, the shape was excellent for getting in and around the nooks and cranies of the knee and leg muscles. Then went for a bit of elbow tendinitis. Literally felt amazing from the get-go! Well impressed, will be adopting this as part of daily routine I expect.

Fantastic I was desperate and thinking that my bicep tendinitis (seen a physio and brought muscle him) was never going to get better- but, this tool (do not overuse it tho) has helped my arm flexibility on its first use!

I've purchased other stainless steel tools from GYX COELE and loved them so I was very happy to see this set come across my feed. All the tools they sell are quality: heavy duty, well-machine, no harsh edges, and thoughtfully designed. They are comfortable to hold and use, including for self-massage and gua sha. They are relatively portable, although the longest tool is pretty long. Still, they could easily fit in a gym bag or tote. My favorite thing is that they never skimp on the cases. It's always the same thick felt, but this one is great because each piece has it's own designated pocket (see pictures). This is a thoughtful detail that helps protect the tools from surface scratches as well as from clanging around in the pouch. The only thing that would make it better are simple instructions for use, but many people get sets like these for home therapy exercises assigned to them by their PT. That said, if you are a beginner, you're going to want to look up some videos to see how to use each tool most effectively. In the future, it would be nice for them to include such videos on the listing, but there are tons out there to choose from. Also, because it's the polished form of stainless steel, expect dust and fingerprints without regular cleaning and sanitization. Highly recommended as a great-value set that contains all the most commonly used tools. Hope that helps!
