Construction starts with two pieces of heavy-gauge steel which are formed and welded into shape. Steel tubes are then welded to the underside to help keep your wiring looking clean and out of the way. Finally, the fender is sanded and finished out, making it primer ready. Used by many of the top bike builders for their unmistakable style and superior quality. Note: When installed in conjunction with 21" front wheels, only Dunlop and Metzeler low-profile tires are recommended due to clearance issues. Note: All fenders should be checked for clearance before drilling mounting holes.
