It tastes good and is a great value
It has a good amount of amino acids present, and a great taste. It mixes well, and dissolves quickly...smells good, and doesn't upset my stomach at all. It definitely improves performance and also provides energy for workouts, and helps to recover afterwards. Good product.

Too sweet
Great supplement, no complaints except the flavor. The peach mango is overly sweet. I mix half a scoop with 20 oz of water and still can barely drink it.
