Hudson Bay 3 Person 14 Jet Spa with Stainless Jets and 110V GFCI Cord Included.

Very satisfied with this 3-person hot tub. Seems to be of good quality, have been enjoying it since we got it set up and ready to go! Keeps temperature up well. A couple of points to consider/know with this product shipping to your house: This thing is pretty heavy - 600 lbs. We moved it from where the shipping company left it in the driveway by hand, but it took 4 pretty strong guys, and had to stop several times to regroup. We also had an some initial confusion with the delivery date - took a 1/2 vacation on the date in Amazon (to sign for delivery) and it never showed. Had to reschedule for a week later, but Amazon gave us a small credit for time spent waiting. Finally, the cord is inside the panel, but no instructions come with the hot tub to state this. It is behind the wood panels under the control panel - remove enough screws to slide panels aside and fish it out...

This hot tub was bought to replace a 6 man hot tub. I couldn't be more satisfied. No special wiring. The seats are comfortable in the hot tub overall is fairly shallow. That gives you less water to have to manage and is a positive. The only negative that I see is that it warms very slowly. There is plenty of room for three people with an elevated seat that allows you to get out of the Heat. My wife and I were able to push it around on the concrete and get it into place. It did take some muscle to get it to the backyard but doable.

Product arrived early but damaged. There was a hole in the vinyl cover and a leak in the plumbing. I contacted customer service and explained the plumbing issue. They asked if I was able to fix it if they sent the parts. I said I could and was to be compensated with a pack of filters. Parts arrived but not all that was needed. Requested additional parts and was sent another incomplete package of parts. This took 4 weeks in total and they still couldn’t get it right. I ended up tracking down parts from a local pool supply place and completed the repair after spending $30 of my own cash. I’ve sent 3 emails requesting my compensation and am being ignored. The tub itself is decent at best. Absolutely zero insulation which is gonna cost another $20. There’s no cutout for the plug which is located inside the cabinet. I ended up carving a small hole in order to get it plugged in. 3 person tub it is NOT. 2 adults maximum as long as one person is small.

Just got the spa today so when it’s actually operational I’ll update this review. But when we tried to access the power cord we discovered that some clever person at the manufacturing site had zip tied It in a place that was incredibly difficult to access. We removed all of the side panels to find it, only to find the insulation material made it all useless. Needless to say, not happy campers here, and we all laughed at the “ plug and play” concept. Tomorrow the water goes in and we’re hoping for a better day.First update: attempted to get it running after filling with water. After numerous attempts to do what instructions said had to call the help line. He seemed only familiar with a different model so we had to fake it with his verbal instructions. Finally just jostling a water intake shook an air lock out? Not sure. It started working. It’s been running now for several hours and temp is slowly climbing.So far it’s been quite complicated to get it going and The jury is still out on the plug and play concept. If the plug had been much more accessible and there had been a good explanation for how to cure an air lock, things would have been much easier. I’ll update again once it’s up to temp and useableFinal update: it’s running perfectly, came up to temp overnight and I just sat in it with jets going on high pump speed. Very nice massage action on sore muscles. Still have some chemical balancing to do but that’s my problem. Overall, after a very frustrating initial set-up it’s working great and I look forward to many soaks.Final update: Still working perfectly after about a month. Initial set-up hiccups are fading from memory as I sit and soak in my great little hot tub. Huge savings from Amazon also help to overcome the problems that were solveable. Thumbs up.

I originally ordered a two person spa. After 8 weeks and no shipment date I contacted Amazon. I was given conflicting info but eventually was told spa wasn't avail. Amazon made good with a hefty courtesy credit. I then ordered the 3 person spa and was notified in about 3 weeks that it shipped. The shipping company changed the delivery date on the morning it was scheduled. Since I took the day off I ended up driving an hr to pick up spa with my own truck. It's on a pallet and fit nicely into my truck. They send a forklift to load it in my truck. Two of us were able to get it off my truck and we managed to slide it down a hill to my deck under the condo. You do have to remove a panel to retrieve the power cord. The panels are different sizes. Remove a smaller one and not the one with the sticker that says info manual and cord behind this panel. There was no info manual. The panels are flimsy. There was no manual however Hudson Bay has videos on their website that explain how to operate. You will need to look at instructions. It's a bit complicated to turn on heater but the videos explain it well. The tub itself has spray on insulation. Between the tub and outer wall there is no insulation. I'm going to remove a panel and stuff as much insulation in as I can. Overall this spa is very nice and very comfortable. The price is right and it's working great. Glad we ended up with the 3 person and not the two person. Waiting for the snow to fly and looking forward to hopping in after a day of skiing here in NH.

I ordered the tub in early December 2018 and it took them two months to deliver it on Feb 1st. Then, because they delivered it so late, and there was too much snow to install it (we live in the Northeast) we had to wait to install it until mid-March. The first day it was operational was March 22. On April 7th it broke. We did all the trouble shooting and called the manufacturer. They said they would not pay to have the diagnostics on it or to service it but would send a replacement part only once we pay for the diagnostics and service. I could not be less happy with it.
