There are two kinds of tripods: good ones, and portable ones. This one's pretty good for a portable, and has some convenient features.Leg locking could be latch instead of twist, the compass is totally unnecessary and it'd be nice to have two separate single-axis bubble levels with a pan lock on the ball head. The stability is pretty solid, just make sure you're using a remote trigger or a delay shot because it will not handle your hands being on the camera during a long exposure.

The main reason why I purchase this product on Amazon was because it comes with a monopod, but I was disappointed when I realized that my Nikon DSLR camara body cannot be mounted on it because of the screw size. Neither was the speedlight with the horse shoe was able to mount on it because of the size difference. This problem need to be corrected. Overall it’s a very durable product but the monopod is not helpful for the average DSLR Cameras and Speedlight horseshoes.

The ball head simply could not handle the weight of my set (D7 + 24-70mm) and broke loose, letting the camera to the ground. I would not recommend this for anyone, specially not for people using DSLR.

Excellent build quality. Very sturdy. Worked great for a heavy 66mm refractor telescope.

I'm very happy with this tripod. It folds up small, it's very lightweight, yet stable when deployed. the leg stops are easy to actuate, and extension locks are quick to adjust and strong. I love the ball joint. It makes adjustments simple and intuitive, and the bearings make smooth panning a breeze. I recently used this tripod for eclipse photography with good results.This tripod performs above its price class. I highly recommend this relatively inexpensive tripod, even over some significantly more expensive alternatives.

Appears solid from the outside but the legs have "plastic shoes" on the inside that prevent the legs from extending out and they are extremely flimsy and break easily in addition to not being the friendliest when it comes to trying to re-ensemble them.Packaging is also misleading. Shows pictures of the tripod having removable/replaceable feet when it doesn't and the box doesn't state that it should or shouldn't.Edit: Company promptly contacted me to work with me on getting a working replacement.

This product has gone down in quality. I had the same one but purchased from Amazon.com in the US almost 9 months ago but lost by Turkish Airlines. I purchased the 690A model last week from Amazon.ca, feels so cheap. I thought I buy this one again. It was delivered today and I can't believe how much it has degraded in quality compared to the older one I had. Everything from the coatings and plastic to the legs and their sturdiness, the ball head was so smooth and this one is so cheap and harsh. I really hate it because I have seen how good this used to be.

After so many reviews i checked in amazon.com i finally ordered this one, my first tripod!! Great product very compatible comes with a nice small bag. Quality is very good, lightweight and 360 degree rotation is super cool for taking photos.

It’s not good

The product quality is very good. The only small small issue is the top part, which connect the camera. That get easily loose while turning camera left and right. I have found the trick and it is fine now.

Tripod is very good but their is a huge problem with it!! I'm using my nikon d750 with 24-70 lens and i can't shoot on portrait mode, it slips all the time, i think the screw is too short.
