Perfect for the price!
I've included photos with my review, purchased for the motoe4, US version from republic wireless. Fits like a glove. One purchaser noted the weird button line up for the volume and power, but like they said, it still works anyway. I selected the case that had a photo of a purple case but text said rose gold, and received the purple, in case anyone else saw the discrepancy in the seller's description. As you can see the case backing looks like it has grip, but this is hard plastic, not rubber. There is a small lip protecting the face of the phone from touching flat surfaces. The case easily slips on and off the phone with semi-firm pressure on the corners, you don't have to worry about prying it off. Very pleased with purchase!

It's okay
It's okay. Nothing special but is very affordable. It fits the phone snugly and all the ports and holes are lined up. The rubber is stiff, unlike other silicone cases I've used in the past, so I am not convinced that it will absorb much shock. The plastic piece is not thick, which is okay, but is slippery. The buttons (volume and power) on the phone are accessed via three plastic buttons that are attached to the silicone part of the case. How well they work depend on how well they are lined up with the actual buttons on the phone. On mine two of the three are not exactly aligned with the phone buttons, and it's hard to tell, by feel, if the phone buttons are actually pressed when you push them. Fortunately, these plastic buttons can be easily removed and replaced from the silicone. I ended up putting two thin layers of small pieces of scotch tape on the part where they come in contact with the phone buttons to improve the contact. It now feels like I am pushing buttons when I push them.

WAY too slippery
I just got this today. I had been using a CIMO clear case which I didn't particularly care for because the buttons were hard to press, but at least it didn't feel slippery/slick in my hand. This case, however, is WAY too slick/slippery (at least in the silver color). Also, the buttons on this, even though they LOOK like they'd be more responsive, really aren't. Maybe it's the phone itself, although without a cover the buttons work fine. But there isn't a lot of give to the buttons, so after you slap on a case it's really dicey. Fortunately, this phone turns on/off from sleep with the fingerprint sensor, so the power button isn't used that often. And I keep the volume at the same level all the time for everything -- phone, music, notifications, etc. Still, I'll keep looking. This is definitely not the case for me.

Protected my phone from an early death!
I've had this case for 6 months now. Yesterday, I dropped it from waist height on to a hardwood floor. I didn't realize until several hours later that the case cracked a little, likely saving my phone from the same. Although it's not *quite* as grippy as I'd like (I tend to lay my phone on my thigh while driving and wanted a more rubbery one so it wouldn't slide off), it's a very cost effective case that does what it needs to do. I think it survived the drop the other day (it's just a little crack in the case, unless I find it gets caught on my pockets or something, I'm not too worried about it), but if it hadn't survived, I'd buy another one to replace it.

Moto E4 Case, Dretal [Shock Absorption] Ultra-thin Anti-slip Armor Silicone Rubber
This Dretal case is a perfect fit for my Moto E4. The rubber case gives good grip in my and absorbs shock from the phone getting bumped around, but without adding unnecessary bulk so I can still easily carry the phone in my pocket. The volume and power buttons are easily accessed with the case installed as well as the fingerprint sensor, charging port and headset jack. The rear camera and microphone cutouts have plenty of clearance and don't interfere with operation at all. I really don't need an expensive case, so for my needs, considering what it cost I think this Dretal is an excellent case and would definitely purchase again

Not quite an Otter Box
This is probably as close to an Otter Box as you'll find for this phone. You'll see it sold by different vendors under different brands, but they're all from the same manufacturer. Since I've had several Otter Box cases, here's how I'd compare them:Pros:- Fits really well- Seems to have all the necessary cutouts- The inside layer seems to be made out of TPU, which is less likely to attract dirt and less sticky than the soft rubber Otter Box usesCons:- Since the inside layer is TPU instead of rubber, it will probably stain over time (unless you get a black case)- The hard plastic outer layer feels very flimsy. To their credit, I've never had an Otter Box where the outer plastic layer didn't eventually crack, but this one seems much more fragile

Will only last a short time before tearing up
Bought this case for my daughters phone. The only good thing about this case is it does not slip out of your hand. The plastic material does NOT hold up. Just a few months after installing this case it had to be replaced. The plastic is flimsy and just start breaking at the seams. I have no idea how this product has gotten so many good reviews. Probably initial thoughts and not long term...and when I mean "long term" I mean 3-4 months because that's as long as this thing will last.I've started moving my family's phones over to TUDIA cases [https://amzn.to/2G1Dvbw]. These cases are MUCH better in every way.
