Will be testing waterproofness eventually, but so far it's exceeded my expectations. Worked on lead acid and sealed lead acid with some minor deviations. Worked in both in 12V and 24V batteries. The green light helps you read levels and buttons are very responsive. The snap in tabs make it easy to place in any project. As mentioned in the description but lacking in more details is it's ability to work with lithium ion batteries. It mentioned 3.7 batteries but if you read ahead, it states number of cells. One single 3.7 Volt Lithium ion will not work to power on the meter. As specified you need a minimum of three cells, or in more detailed terms three batteries in series.. this giving you 11.1V in order for it to work.

It is a good product for the price. Compact yet easy to read.

I have used these battery meters before and I really like the settings you can change on this one. For the first time this meter was accurate as the ones I used before had a .5v to .3v deviation. It also came with a plastic back cover to protect the PCB which I like.So in short, a $10 accurate and covered meter with fast shipping or a $3 potentially inaccurate and uncovered with 2-8 week shipping? Highly Recommend.

I cut into the lid off my travel trailer battery box and mounted this into that hole, I then used black RTV silicone to seal the perimeter. After just a couple months the display had partially stopped working... So something about this is not completely sealed or the one I received is a defect. Whatever the reason, it's useless as the right half of the LCD screen is dead.Installed on the front of a 2020 Coachmen Apex Ultralight that sits outside.

Nothing to complain. Easy setup, small and thin. Product perfectly as described and works very well.

I added this to my 24 volt wheelchair because it didn't come with a battery level meter. But even if it had this readout of either percentage or volts is a little nicer than a simple row of indicator lights. It's pretty easy to set the readout and select system voltage and battery type by pressing the setting button right as the unit is energized.It's designed to be pressed into a rectangular panel cutout, but I just glued it to a surface to mount it. Maybe the front face is waterproof, but the back is completely open so seal it yourself, if necessary.

Does what it's supposed to. Not any kind of fancy meter. But I'll buy more in the future for my basic little easy meters. Good buy.

Both units have failed and require replacement urgently

Works well as a Negative Bus Bar as part of an Off Grid 12v setup with a 100Ah battery.
