This product is not good
This Product is not good don't buy it. I haven't been able to download the maps for the country I live in and have emailed them at least 10 hours ago and haven't heard back from them.

You Don’t Want This.
You don’t want this navigation device unless you want to visit every off ramp on your journey. Device kept prompting me to “leave the highway” at every exit on a major route. I understand a GPS device will prompt this if you are off track of your route, but this wasn’t the case. I was on my intended route. Mind-boggling and pretty much rendered the device useless if not just annoying. As if that wasn’t enough to make me regret my purchase, this device could not find any of the destinations I needed to travel to unless it was a major city. Unfortunately, my first use was after the return window, so I’m stuck with a $70 mistake instead of an affordable GPS. Take a hard pass on this item.
