These units look nice, have an excellent motion detection from even six feet away, and easy to install. They work great in a darkened hallway or staircase. It displays just enough light , especially downward to light your way. If you use high capacity AA batteries, you won't have to change them out so often.

I had recently purchase 4 sets of these and all of them where easy to install and set up. The LED brightness is just right, and the back panel which everyone is having a hard time to take off came off right away. I didn't have any issue with my purchase so far.

I purchased a pair of these lights. I placed one at the top of the stair-case that goes to the basement. That way you can see the light switch and stairs as you open the door to go down the stairs. I also put one within my pantry. Lights everything up just perfect. These lights automatically turn off after about 20-30 seconds if there is not continuous motion. So this saves the battery life. This was an inexpensive solution and a quick install using double-backed tape. Just love them! I would buy again. Good solution for closets, etc.

These lights look very nice and work great. We use them in our RV and love them. Easy install and should be easy on the batteries as their is an Automatic mode so it only works when dark.

One of them works great. The other one I have to charge every week. You have to be close to them in order for them to turn on. I would like a bit more distance out for them to turn on. I do like the looks of them.

I purchased the rechargeable version 5 years ago and it's still going strong. Inserted the 3 AA batteries on this version and it's just as good as it's rechargeable sister. Just the right brightness for our hallway. Some reviews complained about the battery cover, but I'm not finding any problem. It slides off easily, grasping on the sides and slide just a little it lifts off with no problem. Maybe once it's mounted there may be some friction from the wall preventing it from moving as easily.

Wrong information under "Product Description." The light does NOT stay on for 30 seconds when no motion is detected. It stays on for about 10 to 15 seconds only. So you have to make sure you are moving almost constantly in front of the light in order for it to stay on. This works for some situations, but not for other scenarios. Imagine it in the bathroom....say you're sitting on a certain porcelain device, concentrating on certain tasks. You might not be inclined to make some significant arm gestures to ensure the light stays on. I found myself waving my arms in the air every 10 seconds or so while in the bathroom. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

I purchased one of these over a year ago and it works perfect. Great lighting for hallway or bathroom when you don't want to turn on lights. Also great if you loose power. So I purchased two more. Love the slim look.
