Is there 3 packs of 20 pads? 60 pads in total?

I just ordered this pack and it is NOT 3 packaging of 20. It is in fact 3 packs of 18, totaling 54 pads. My shipment said it came from Sam's Club and it even had a Sam's Club box. That doesn't bother me overall. The listing just needs to be corrected. Great deal though!

How come I received 3 packages of 18 instead of 20?
