Very expensive, poor product and poor customer service
The vendor recommended a Large size (I'm size 10.5) but once I got it, I realized the lift was too large. More importantly, I only need 1/2" of correction on the left foot. So when I removed one layer, the lift was no longer flat on the bottom and there was a bump in the middle that made walking very uncomfortable.The return process was quite painful. Postage was required. Even my name and address were not mentioned in the label. There was also a pre-announcement that I might be charged for 20% of the price.I was charged 16$ for postage. The provider waived the 20% fee but kept sending incoherent messages (like 15% discount if you keep the item, or when it's no fault of the seller, return shipping will not be covered, after all my explanation, or we will contact you in 2 days, with no contact after all).That's it: poor product and poor customer service.I bought a lift for 16$ (the postage fee of this one), I got 2 pairs and I am very satisfied.

Heel lifts
These lifts are needed to use in my left shoe to due to one leg being shorter than the other.. it prevents me from limping and prevents my lower back pain. Very happy with the lifts.
