I had problem with my machine it was giving shock, they helped me in checking my house electric fitting and also asked me to send the machine for checking and guided me on how to use the machine, what precautions should be taken while using the machine. They sent a new piece as replacement. Their team is good, I interacted with Ramesh Pawar and he was very helpful.
