Getting my kids to take vitamins can be a struggle. They don't like the taste of many of them, especially chewables, and I wanted something that wouldn't turn into another daily battle. Their pediatrician recommended Carlson Super Daily D3, and these drops have been a really practical solution for our family. We live in the Northeast, and as winter approaches, we're spending less time outside in the sunshine. Keeping up with vitamin D was something we discussed with their pediatrician, so this wasn't just a random addition to the cupboard. The bottle we have contains 2,000 IU per drop. What I appreciate most is how simple the liquid format is: a drop on the tongue instead of a chewable they dislike or a pill they have to swallow. The kids take it without a fuss, which makes a big difference when you're trying to keep a routine manageable. Thank you for NO TASTE, NO UPSET STOMACH and easier to swallow than a pill. I mix in my food. The dropper works fine for me. I will update once I get my labs back.

Excellent and easy to use. I have issues with pills an gummies regarding my stomach and absorption. These are the best answer.

Folks complaining about the dropper are dramatic. Hold it upside down and don’t have a heart attack cuz it takes a few seconds to get a drop out. It works, and worrying about an extra drop or two giving you an improper dose is also a ridiculous concern, it’s nearly impossible to overdose on vitamin D so to give this product a low rating because the dropper gave you an improper dose is stupid! I now have this on subscription! I love these drops. I wanted better alternative to ineffective pills and a customer of mine mentioned liquid vitamin D would be a far better solution. She swore by the Pure Encapsulation brand but at almost $30 I wanted to see if there was a more affordable version. I first tried Natural Factor’s brand at 1000IU and that was okay, I liked that it was in mct oil but I wasn’t convinced so when I finished the bottle I looked again and decided to try this Carlson brand for a few reasons, mainly the dose is double so I took half as many drops and it made it a much more economical buy. I usually take about 3 drops every morning and lately I’ve been skipping doses as my vitamin levels have improved and my depression and fatigue have also subsided. I recommend most people supplement their vitamin D if they notice depression or overall sluggishness before opting for antidepressants but especially so in the winter time if you get seasonally affected by the lack of sun.

My wife is taking these drops and has been feeling better after taking these with more energy and they don’t upset her stomach. These are tasteless as well. Good value for the money.
