Tersano lotus LSA100K Sanitizing System Multi-Purpose Bowl and Lid Attachment

I love my sanitizer, even though I get error messages half the time; don't know why but have come to ignore them.The bowl sucks, today I'm ordering my 4th bowl in about two years. Wondering how many I have to buy before they come up with a sturdier bowl.Even though the bowl sucks, I love that it sterilizes my produce, and then I use the ozonated water to water my houseplants.

I bought this item to go with the Tersano system because I live in Kenya, where I am still cleansing my fruits and vegetables before I eat. Besides that, I have a newborn baby, so I thought the additional attachments would be great for sanitizing nipples and bottles and the house without using harsh chemicals. However, this product does not work, even on a transformer. When I called, I was given a rote answer as to why it didn't work by the receptionist who answered the phone. I was never transferred to a technician or engineer to help resolve the problem.I am dissappointed that the product doesn't work in my environment, but the lackluster customer service is what garnered this rating.

I bought this bowl after I dropped the original and it shattered. The lid does not have the inside attachment that holds produce down while sanitizng. Luckily, my other lid survived the fall and it fit. I have used the system for months now and my only complaint is the fragility of the bowl. The plastic is too easily shattered. Perhaps the price you pay for it being clear.

Don't buy this product. We purchased the whole set in June, 2009. Worked reasonably well for about a year. We used it on the average of 1 time/week. In the Summer of 2010, we then began to get an error message when we turned it on--particuarly using the bowl. It refused to work. We replaced the filter cartridge--still didn't work. We contacted the company's "customer service"--what a joke. They said it was out of warranty and essentially offered no help whatsoever--but did suggest that we buy a WHOLE NEW UNIT!!!!!!!!!!! We will never buy another Tersano product and are recommending to our friends to do likewise....

I love this product. It cleans my fresh veggies well and helps them keep longer in the refrigerator. I use it all the time and it has held up for over a year.
