My cardigan corgi has extreme environmental allergies, specifically against some kind of algae based plant or byproduct. Since we moved into a complex on a lake, it has been a never-ending battle trying to keep him comfortable and his skin in check. Until we can afford to move, the battle with continue.I was so happy to find these and the second I saw it had manuka honey as an ingredient, I bought it. For those who don't know, manuka honey is a *literal* miracle. The fact it is an ingredient, and is effective, greatly outweighs any complaints I have.So my dog has very yeasty skin as a reaction to whatever plant is agitating his system. I noticed he had the green yeast substance deep between his paws and immediately looked for something to help clean him up. (I had been using regular baby wipes for months- BAD. VERY BAD. They don't have the proper PH balance for our furbabies so if you're using them, STOP RIGHT NOW. Get wipes for dogs.)Initially, I did not like how "dry" the wipes are but I'm used to the moisture level we have in our human baby wipes. I already know that you do NOT want to put a lot of moisture in crevices of anyone's skin because it can produce or worsen yeast, bacteria, etc. So the fact that these wipes are only somewhat moist is very good.I was hesitant to push the wipe down between his paws (see moisture in previous paragraph) but it worked out very well. I only had to do it once or twice and the build up is completely gone. Now, I use it on the inner sides of his legs and paws to help with itchiness and to wipe off any plant stuff he may get from outside (pollen, etc.) He HATES his paws being touched but he is more than willing to let me clean them with these wipes. He really does love them and it gets rid of some of the stress that comes with fighting his skin condition. He's trained to hand over his paws and shift accordingly to be cleaned- he's happy to do it to get wiped down with these.While working on this review I have found that this company/brand makes a shampoo with some of the same ingredients, including the manuka honey. I will be purchasing it ASAP and trying it out.TLDR;- manuka honey is a miracle worker- DONT use human baby wipes on your fur babies- the lack of moisture is GOOD- safe for deep crevices and folds- soothing with strong cleaning properties- excellent for yeast or bacteria build up- very light, pleasant smellMy only real complaint is that it doesn't come with many wipes and I feel we will go through them quickly. Really, you don't need as many as you may think to clean your dog unless it's very big. Plus, like I mention earlier, the manuka honey greatly outweighs this. Quality over Quantity.

I used these wipes to wipe his rear end. Also he has goopy eyes and I use them to wipe his eyes. I can't say that they help a lot but I haven't had them long. Yes, they are helpful. Thanks. He doesn't have red staining.

I purchased Botani-Vet Natural Pet Wipes to use on one of my cats, who occasionally soils the fur under her tail and then pretends it didn’t happen. The wipes are so much easier to use than a paper towel with soap (which was my previous method), and they don’t soak her fur. Once the soiled area has been moistened and cleaned with the wipes, I use a comb to remove anything still left in the fur. I love that the ingredients are natural because I worried that the soap I had been using would irritate her skin, especially that sensitive area under the tail. These wipes do the opposite because they contain oils, aloe vera, and green tea extracts that soothe the skin. They also contain Manuka honey and have a wonderful lemony smell. Most cats aren’t wild about being cleaned by a human so finding a product that works easily and doesn’t offend cat or human is a win-win.

These wipes smell nice, however they are so dry I have to wipe my dogs paws with a different type of wipe and then I finish with these, hoping the bit of tea tree oil will help with my dogs itchy paws. If you are using these to clean paws after walks you may want to look at other options.

I have an incredibly allergic French Bulldog and have to be very careful with topical products as his skin is extremely sensitive and is easily irritated. He has had bad topical reactions to some of the commonly recommended pet wipes. These wipes are formulated by a Veterinary Dermatologist and are pleasant smelling and substantial. They are formulated with ingredients that are natural - Aloe, Manuka Honey, and Green Tea, to name a few. Our dog is a Lab mix and he is very "oily" and can easily look "greasy". We have found that these wipes work well in keeping him clean, smelling great, with his fur looking good.
