This fringe twister was great when I first got it. I have only used it a handful of times. Then one by one the alligator clips have fallen off. Very disappointed.

I am a new weaver. I didn't understand the whole fringe-twisting thing until I wove my first shawl. Some people suggested using a hair tool that twists hair to twist fringe instead of a fringe twister. I tried that and it was frustrating and ineffective. This product is wonderful and easy to use. The price is right and I am so glad that I purchased it. It made a huge difference, enabling me to twist the fringe properly and enhancing my shawl. Now I am looking for the next thing to weave and fringe twist!

A good and easy to use. Hope it will last for ever..

It’s easy to assemble but the clamps are too loose and pop off so easily. I’ll need to secure them somehow with glue or something… if you can get the clamps to stay on, it’s a super convenient tool. I wouldn’t buy it if you want something you can immediately start using (apparently)

I've only used it a few times. The first time was great, the second time one of the clips fell off a few times, and the third time it fell of constantly. It's unusable.

We use Turkish towels, which have twisted ends to them. They often come undone after several washings. I got tired of re-doing them by hand. This tool made quick work of them and they look brand new again!
