XR4500 is Great product for the price
Product support is still bad but I found a Good friend in Canada who is helping me quite a bit. XRS 4900 is $100 more expensive than XR4500 and only thing you extra is 2gb of RAM And additional 130 GB of storage. Channel line up, and the rest of the technology is same. If you are interested watching just the tv this is the product for you with zillion channels for only $15/month.

Easy to install (input info) Fast speed great program guide I replaced 3 buzz boxes 3000 about 4 years old They were outdated could not receive updates The new boxes work great
