Balt 27614 Beta Sit Stand Mobile Workstation Cart, 67" H x 32" W x 33" D

(I bought this as sold by Amazon, and received the model that seems current on the MooreCo website, it uses a sleeve clamping system on the pole rather than the grooves that are in the current picture of the product on Amazon.)This is a seriously high quality piece of equipment, nicer than you would find in many offices. It's easy to put together and comes with all of the tools you need. It rolls like a dream, big casters on a solid ~24x25" base.The clamp system allows you to rotate and then clamp the shelf and monitor mount (and optional shelves) around the pole like the branches on a tree if you want. You can also clamp them at any height, with the caveat that nothing can clamp below the top of the base sleeve-pole, the lip of which is 25" from the ground (including casters). That means that due to the height of its swiveling arm clamp, the keyboard tray lip is 29" from the ground; too high for some people's most ergonomic position, so measure what is comfortable for you with that in mind.I love it, I'm using it right now as I write this. It's too bad there's a one-star review of the bad service someone got from some other seller on the purchase of the optional dual monitor mount. That's got nothing to do with this item at all. I wish people would realize that Amazon uses the same reviews no matter WHO the seller is, so a review that isn't even about this item, and is actually about customer service, is potentially hurting the sales of this excellent cart and a perfectly responsible seller.

Pros: Tubing is strong and stable. Nice big wheels - move smoothly across my wood floor.Cons: Keyboard tray has a swing out mouse pad. However, the pad is very small. I can't imaging anyone getting any real production work done using it.Nightmare: Product looks good - service is bad. I order this cart along with the dual monitor mount on 4/25/2013 (seller Shoplet).4/29 - got email that they were shipped. However, no tracking number was provided. I figure it might take maybe 7-10 days to get here.5/7 - email amazon Shoplet advocate to see what happen to shipment. Got a reply stating that they are on back ordered and was not shipped that they are expecting to get more on 5/13. I gave them more time.5/16 - email amazon Shoplet advocate again to see if they have more in stock - no reply :(. I decided to check Shoplet's website directly on this product. It shows that they have it in stock. So, I did a live chat session with their support dept. Ask them if they have this product in stock (answer is yes). Told them my situation - they told me it'll take 72 hours for the manufacturer to get the product ready and ship. Once that's done, they'll send me a tracking number via email. I decided to wait to see if I get a tracking number.5/18 - got an email saying that my product has been left at my front door by UPS. Interesting... no tracking number but they are at my front door. Well... I was thinking to myself, so the product did get shipped as initially stated on 4/29. But took UPS about 20 days to deliver. During that time, Amazon Shoplet doesn't know anything about the shipped product. How sad... bad service all around. Later that evening, I put the cart together. Got it all assembled. I then open up the second box. Surprise!!!! it's NOT a dual monitor mount. It's a projector mount. I can't believe this!!!! With all the trouble they put me thru and now I have to wait for the dual monitor mount. I'm left speechless and dismay. Email them about the screw up.5/20 - got reply back that they are sorry about the screw up and that the manufacturer will be shipping out the correct item.5/22 - email Amazon Shoplet advocate about the status - got a reply stating that manufacturer is reprocessing the shipment and they will follow up shortly.5/28 - no reponse about the reshipment - just email them to see what's happeningAs of 5/28 (today), still no dual monitor mount. I really think the product itself is great but the service is horrible. If you are looking to get this product, I would set get it from somewhere else.

Easy to build. Ordered three. one of the caps came broken. Besides that great! Arrived quick.

We bought 2 of these carts for the office. We affectionately call them "Johnny 5". The construction is solid and it's pretty easy to put together. You can route all the cables down the pole for a clean installation.The first box showed up to us looking like it had literally fallen out of an airplane and completely destroyed. So Amazon made right on it, and got us a (mostly) undamaged box. I'll be buying more of these in the future.

Great cart, highly recommended, very sturdy and well built. I mounted a 27" Apple Thunderbolt monitor and it works great. The specs list max monitor size as 22" but this is bogus - it has nothing to do with the size of the monitor, but the weight (unless you are using the dual monitor adapter). In order for the mount to function with a heavier monitor I simply cut a 1-1/2" piece of 1/2" PVC and use that as a shim in the monitor mount bracket to keep the monitor from tilting downward.I knocked down the overall rating a couple of stars due to the cart being quite damaged - note, I bought from Amazon Warehouse, which listed the condition as "like new" but they did not really assess the condition before listing. However, the damage is not very noticeable (only on the base), and neither functionality nor reliability is affected, so great deal, overall.

The item arrived all scratched. Some parts are already bent out of the shape. Some parts don't even fit. The styrofoam used to package the item are cracked, and it doesn't seem like the items were placed correctly in the fom in the first place. Since we need a stand for an event and we are running out of time, we salvage the parts that still work and we have to make a use of what we can so we didn't return it. But you can count on me this is the last time I buy this.

Completely met my expectations and passed them. Quoted few of these elsewhere and all cost 2/3 more than this one. Very easy to assemble. Great piece of equipment.

Over Priced.Looks nice, The keyboard, mouse pad are flimsy, if you apply any weight to them it bends downwards.The tower itself is built well, sturdy. For the money, I think there are better options.

We like the product.... a few dings and dents which are unimpressive. It was re-routed twice for no known reason and I was unable to contact anyone to find out why.Overall good product.
