Beautiful
I love this product. When I bought this tv I had no idea it did not have a frame so when I found the frame available on Amazon I was so happy. Delivery was fast, safely protected in package, easy set up less than 5mins and looks so aesthetically pleasing.

Fit perfectly- looks like a picture.
Fit out Samsung Frame perfectly! Love the white frame in our modern farmhouse home.I hadn’t noticed in the picture that there are some openings on the bottom part of the frame. I guess this for sound, etc. it makes sense but because our TV is mounted a little higher in the wall, you can sort of see them. I’m used to it now so it’s fine. Still really happy with this frame.

LOVE this TV. Adding the frame really makes it look great and not feel like a TV when it's in art mode. Recommend putting the frame on before mounting the TV since it's difficult (not impossible) to do when it's already on the wall.

Samsung doesn't stand behind their products
Going through a warranty with Samsung is impossible. I'm no longer using Samsung products after dealing with their customer service team. There is nothing wrong with the rep I talked to who was nice. Samsung will not honor their products barely outside of warranty even if it failed less than a year after you RECEIVED the product. I got the TV it wasn't working, took 2 months to get a new TV which also wasn't great. I was out thousands of dollars so I just tried to move on. A few months later the TV is failing poor quality. They told me I have to have a repair tech come out. That is absolute BS it will cost too much. TV's should last a couple years at a minimum. The frame outside doesn't fit well but I'm talking about the TV itself too. Don't buy it you're paying 6 times too much for a cheap product that they won't stand behind.

Easy
Surprisingly easy- i had to play with the corners a little but in total took 5 minutes!A little expensive for what it is- I guess you’re paying for the convenience. It’s just a metal frame with magnets. But works well and helps it look more like a legit piece of artwork
