I LOVE writing with fountain pens, and was very excited when I found these beautiful looking pens. I thought it was pretty cool to see the ink in the glass so I assumed but it was plastic bummer. So I followed the directions and field the ink cartridge the way it said in the directions, they looked awesome couldn't wait to use them. BUT ...... When trying to write with them it's like the ink don't want to come out and thank God the lid screw on because one of them leaked out! Oh, and pay close attention not to turn the cap which also will make the ink come out. Again they are beautiful fountain pens you just have to play around with them, I'm used to using medium nibs and these are fine nibs just take some time with them.

Heavier than I expected, likely due to the metal in the piston-filling mechanism. Writes well - not super scratchy unlike some of the other cheap pens I've tried. A decent cheap pen to get for your office desk (So when someone invariably walks off with it you're not out much, while still looking a bit professional.) or for a more mature child, one who's past the throw-and-bite-and-break-everything-I-own phase and is ready for a fountain pen. Overall, decent pen for a really good price. I'll update my review if we have any problems, but otherwise, I'm enjoying mine so far!

Writes smoothly and doesn’t skip at even the lightest touch. Feels good in the hand and looks great, too. Holds lots of ink. Filling is easy but instructions should remind users to lock the mechanism after filling. Just push the knob tight to the barrel and it snaps locked, preventing accidentally discharging ink. A great feature that they shouldn't keep secret.

These pens are comfortable and easy to write with. Plus they hold a lot of ink. My only complaint is the last set I bought of four in a package, one didn't work and wouldn't hold the ink. And I've found no way to let them know without using the return which I would only want to return the one.

This set was exactly what I wanted and expected. They all work great and I am send the kid a set soon. They look sharp and write perfectly. A value for the money. Running Noodlers ink in them. Plunger Converter works great too. ENJOY

For the price these pens can't be beat. It is easy to see how this brand has become a fan favorite in the fountain pen community for beginner's and the experienced. Experiment with different inks to see which one will run the smoothest.

Pens are amazing! Ink capacity is huge, and they write so very smoothly even in XF! They are one of the best bargains in pens anywhere!

They're scratchy. They leak. They're clones of a twsbi eco which is only 28-30. One twsbi is worth more than any of these pens combined. Stay away. Buy genuine pens.

The nibs on these pens are very smooth, and are comparable to nibs on much more expensive pens. I have bought eight of these pens, and only one leaked, so I chucked it away. But, at this price, who cares? Great value.
